Beautifully appointed 2BR, 2BA 1st Floor Facing Lush Tropical Courtyard!

Beautifully appointed, easy-access, ground-floor condo. 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 remodeled bathrooms can accommodate a party of up to seven Guests .This is the larger, 2 br, 2 ba 1100 sq ft D unit. UPDATE...HVAC and duct work completely replaced and brand new in 2022 to make your stay more comfy!

The first bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two double beds and a spacious walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open to our spacious, gated patio. Both BR's also have flat-screen tv's and adjustable, lighted ceiling fans.

The patio overlooks a beautifully landscaped, tropical courtyard. There are two tete e tete bistro sets on the patio NEW in 2025, making it the perfect location for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Just a a few short steps to one of two beautiful, heated pools and a short stroll through the tropical Tiki courtyards to the gated Gulf beach entrance.

There are two bathrooms newly remodeled in 2021 and repainted in 2024. Both bathrooms were remodeled with new toilets, updated vanity cab doors and fixtures and new quartz counter tops and vanity seats! First bathroom offers a full-size tub/shower combo with new glass door. The second bathroom offers a 5 foot walk-in shower.

The living room features NEW 65" Ruko Smart flat-screen TV, NEW TV console, NEW LR furniture including new sleeper sofa, 2 new swivel/glider barrel chairs, new coffee and end tables and 2 new table lamps. The living room also has a sliding glass door and allows access to the same tiled patio with NEW patio furniture. The dining room is equipped with dining table for 6 and breakfast bar with 3 bar stools. Stunning NEW dining room dimmable 5 light fixture.

The freshly painted kitchen features glass top oven/range, microwave, separate filtered water faucet and dishwasher. Kitchen is fully equipped and should nicely accommodate your cooking needs.

The Tiki also offers free Wi-Fi and cable television. There is an on-site, coin-op laundry. The Tiki beachfront property on South Padre Island is truly a tropical paradise offering miles of beautiful white sand beaches and related activities. Come, relax and enjoy!

Wonderful condo right on the beach. It was an easy walk down to the beach each day, and 2 fantastic pools at the condo complex to enjoy with family and friends. I would definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable and overall just a very nice place to stay. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were perfect and the AC worked well. The patio is nice and has comfy high chairs, and overlooks a beautiful courtyard and pool. The short walk to the beach was really nice, and probably the shortest walk to the beach we have ever had staying in SPI. Nearby locations for food, shopping, and family activities made things easy.

Perfect Location

Great location for a great vacation!

EJ was very responsive both before and after we booked answering any questions and accommodating to our requests. We LOVED the location! A quick walk to the beach, a pool right outside the deck, and right across the street from the sea turtle rescue and bird sanctuary which we enjoyed visiting.

Amazing place!

Second time staying at The Tiki, both time have been amazing! We stayed at #115 this time and it was great- super clean, spacious for a fam of 5 and right in front of the pool. Owner/Manager of condo had great communication, we highly recommend and will definitely be staying here on our next trip down to SPI!
