This house was perfectly appointed—comfortable and stylish furniture and beds, chef’s kitchen, great covered patio and yard. It was also very clean. We were really comfortable here and look forward to staying again. Our dogs also loved it and appreciated the pet accessories (bed, stairs, bowls).
Overall, very pleased with the property. It was convenient to Bathhouse Row, so that’s a plus. We could have walked to downtown, but it is really a bit too far for us more seasoned citizens. The beds were comfortable and well appointed. The only drawbacks were the parking. We had two large trucks, so only one could get in the driveway. We parked in the street with no issues for the weekend. Secondly, we did see a couple of bugs during our stay.

From the owner; Hi Lynn, thank you for mentioning that you were pleased with the property and you enjoyed the location. We apologize for not mentioning that there is an additional parking space across the street. We're glad you didn't have any issues with your truck. We do have a quarterly appointment with pest control and have notified them of your complaint. They will be here first thing this week to spray the property. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Lovely
Excellent. Second time staying at this location. Everything was perfect. House was set up and waiting for us. We arrived late on a very cold night and the house was warm and inviting. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was full of soft fluffy towels. Great location for a weekend of shopping and taking in all that Bathhouse Row has to offer.
We met friends in Hot Springs to do the Hot Springs half marathon. Home is very comfortable and nicely decorated, well stocked with supplies. Enough room for a one yr old and two VERY LARGE dogs. Within a comfortable walking distance to the downtown shops. Had a lovely time.
Every utensil you could think of, pots, pans, dishes. Laundry facilities. Bedding comfortable. Dining and living room seating plenteous and comfy. Used wi-fi and Netflix during stay. Close to downtown activities. Owner helpful.
House was nice and well appointed - Host was helpful with any questions we had during our stay. Bed rooms bed were comfortable with tons of extra blankets and pillows.
Driveway is very tight so if you have multiple vehicles plan on also doing street parking. Street is quiet so we had no issues with parking in front of the house.
We did bring two of dogs and the only issue we had was a corner of the yard is only covered by 3' tall fence. My dogs never tried to jump over the fence but it was something that forced me to keep a closer eye on them while they were outside.
My family would stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay here - the house was spotlessly clean, and the yard was safe for our 2 small dogs, although larger dogs might be able to jump the 3 foot-high back fence section. Jeff was always available and helpful, but I felt I couldn't give it 5 stars for several reasons.
This part of Hot Springs is economically depressed, and it shows. The 1 mile walk to the Bath House row takes you by run-down houses, old cars, broken sidewalks, and knee high weeds. However, the people in the neighborhood were friendly, and we never felt unsafe.
The house itself was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had a modern kitchen with everything you could want. The rest of the house felt like we were staying in my grandfather's place - too much furniture with funky/questionable old pictures and paintings.
Although you can't change the neighborhood, with a little redecorating - maybe a woman's touch? - this could be a really great place! Then it would deserve a 5 star review.
Property was lovely and check-in was very easy. The views were great and shopping/dining/RMNP were all just a short drive. Upstairs is definitely stuffy even with the a/c running—especially in the room with bunk beds. We were able to run several fans to help. The futon cover didn’t appear to be cleaned after the last occupant, so we threw some extra sheets over it. While I know the pool is not the responsibility of the owner (and the listing mentions it may not be open), the pool appeared to be open as there were several tenants swimming. My family and I went to the pool to swim and it smelled like gasoline, not chlorine—so much so that I reported it to management. We washed our suits 4 times and they still smelled like gasoline. A couple days later, someone came out to clean the pool and it smelled “normal” afterwards. It was also a much brighter blue after the cleaning. Again, this is not the owner’s fault but there are safety concerns when gasoline is involved—and it ruined our swimsuits. Other than the pool situation, the condo was comfortable and the views were spectacular. The kitchen had all the tools needed and the balcony was wonderful to enjoy coffee in the mornings.

Well-Appointed Oasis
We brought our adult daughter and two grandsons to Hot Springs, Arkansas for a long weekend of fun and relaxation, and that is exactly what we got. The property is located close to the beautiful Hot Springs National Park, the famous bath houses, the racing track, and (much to our grandsons' approval) Magic Springs Water and Amusement Park. The beautifully decorated home was clean, comfortable and well stocked. For those who love to cook, the kitchen has been updated with high-end appliances. I will have to say that I was a little concerned about the location and safety of the property after seeing pictures of the wooden privacy fence surrounding the front of the house however once we arrived and settled in, I realized that there is no back yard to speak of and the fence was the perfect solution to provide a safe area for our two miniature dachshunds to roam. It also provided us with privacy when sitting out on the front patio to enjoy the beautiful weather. It was actually so private and inviting that we sat on the patio to have our coffee each morning. It felt like an oasis and was perfect! The home owner called us once we arrived to make sure everything was in order and to tell us to let him know if there was anything we needed. Once we checked-out, he called to thank us for staying at his property. We felt welcomed and were very happy with our choice to stay there.
Clean, fully stocked, just outside downtown Hot Springs. The check-in/check-out process was easy. They was plenty of parking, the fenced in area was perfect for the traveling puppy. Close to downtown. Perfect for our quick vacation.
House was very clean, kitchen fully stocked, and plenty of hot water for back to back showers. Very close to downtown, within walking distance Overall, we had a great time,
It felt like we were home! Thank you for all the special touches!
The house was beautiful and well maintained. The bed was cozy and comfortable. The sheets were soft. Everything was provided, making it truly feel like home. Great selection of cookware and kitchen appliances. We did not lack anything. New stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. A wonderful porch for morning coffee and night time wine sipping. The double recliner was a wonderful place to relax after a day of sight seeing. Great air conditioner!
Jeff the property manager called us shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was in order. He was just a phone call away to answer any questions we had. Thank you Jeff for being there for us. It was the best vacation we have had in a long time. Very relaxing and stress free.
Things to improve on:
The fence between the yards needs to be taller. I would not leave the dogs outside alone even though there was a doggie door. It would be a good idea to put up a gate so that the dogs cannot go back around the air conditioner. Additional lighting at the end of the yard would be helpful. I took a flashlight. Bikes were not provided as stated in the property description but that wasn't a problem since we brought our own.
I would definitely rent this home again.
We loved the home. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location wasn’t as close to downtown/bathhouse row as we expected. The property owner was very responsive to questions before and during our stay!
Loved our stay in Hot Springs! This is the perfect location for being close to downtown but out of the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed walking to town, the food recommendations given by the property manager, and the coziness of the home. Also, perfect backyard if you're brining pets. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Hot Springs.

Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at Jeff's house - he was responsive to our questions, and when we had a small issue, he handled it efficiently and well. We loved how close we were to Main Street and Bathhouse Row. And it was so nice to have a pet friendly house. We cooked several meals there, and the kitchen had everything we needed. And we loved the deck with the pretty lights hanging from the ceiling! Thanks so much, Jeff!

Wonderful Stay!
The house was perfect for our getaway and we loved how close it was to Central Avenue and Bath House Row. There was a very small issue when we arrived, and Jeff handled it fairly and honestly. The kitchen was so well appointed - we cooked a meal there most nights and had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this property!!
Our family was able to cross our 20th National Park off of our bucket list with this trip. We hiked, explored and enjoyed visiting the town of Hot Springs. The house was a great home base for all of our adventures.
