Beautifully remodeled 86 year-old home within walking distance to Oaklawn race track. The first floor features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen and a den. The second floor has a large bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bathroom with a shower. Patio is behind the home with a gas grill. Washer and dryer located on property. Home is equipped with a security system and WIFI. There are two sofas, one is a sectional sofa. (Not sleeper sofas.)

Cutest Cottage

We had a great stay at the Spa City Cottage! The home was absolutely adorable and one of the cleanest AirB&B's I've ever stayed in! Very close to everything we wanted to do in Hot Springs. The host was excellent with quick communication any time I reached out!

Stay by the racetrack

This was a very nice property had all the amenities that we needed. Walking distance from Oaklawn Park horse track the house was decorated very nicely. Had a very nice patio to sit out on kitchen table, playing cards, eating. Nice sitting room in the back if you wanted to get away from the crowd and do some work or relax on your own, I would highly recommend this place beautiful place to stay. They have a really nice security system

Our host Debi was super responsive, kind, and perfect in every way, could not ask for better. The place was lovely, I would recommend this for your next stay in Hot Springs!

Beautiful house

We loved our stay. Beds were super comfortable. I would recommend coming in on E St Louis Avenue and not Laser to prevent people thinking the area is sketchy. It’s a gorgeous house and we felt completely safe. We would recommend it to anyone.

We had a wonderful time!

We rented this house months a head of time and was so glad to get there. The easter bunny came and we stayed so busy with horse races, go cart, magic show, tiny town, climbing mountains. The house was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again.

Cute Home!

We really enjoyed this home! Check-in was easy and we had plenty of space to hang out in the house/ yard. The kitchen is nicely equipped with cookware and dishes, which was much appreciated with our 2 small kids. Everything was as advertised and we had a great vacation. Thanks!

Very Clean!

This rental is the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The A/C worked well, even upstairs in the attic room. The place is decorated well and is very comfortable. The only hesitation we had, was the location. While close to everything in Hot Springs, the houses immediately surrounding the property leave a lot to be desired. With an easily useable alarm system, we weren't sure if we were to be concerned or to have peace of mind during our stay. However, go just one block up the street and the homes are well kept, just as this rental is, so we went with peace of mind. We made sure to park in the back near the garage, rather than parking on the street

This is a charming rental with all that we needed. There was room to park cars off the street (we had 2 cars), enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group, more than one table area and lounging area. We cooked several meals. Would have enjoyed some basic spices but kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates, glasses, utensils, ice maker and such. We did not need it but there was laundry machines - always convenient! The house was clean, well decorated and located close to the appts we had downtown. The driveway is steep, narrow and the squeeze under the portico was interesting... But if that bothers you, many parked on the street in this area. There are multiple security cameras in use and a house alarm. Check in was seamless and easy, communication was quick and helpful. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Adorable Home With Great Space

This was a great house for our family with kids . Close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. The hose is decorated adorably and the kitchen is well-stocked. Communication with the host was quick and easy-going. So glad we stayed here. You’ll love it! The kids especially loved their big bedroom upstairs with their own bathroom and TV.

Weekend Getaway

We came to Hot Springs for a ladies weekend and enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It's clean and beautifully decorated with lots of charm. The house is close to downtown Hot Springs which made getting to the different attractions easy to do. The hostess was very nice and easy to get in touch with. We would definitely stay here again.
