Tucked in the historic district, this recently-renovated home offers 2 bed/2 full baths, a sunroom with 1 full daybed, & a sofa just mins from downtown. Enjoy a cup of coffee on porch. Stroll through the historic neighborhood & enjoy various styles of architecture. Two min drive/10 min walk to downtown & National Park hike/bike trails. Safe area. Great Wifi. Two miles to racetrack & casino.
*Pets welcome w/ $50 fee. Message host w/ pet description - please keep pets off beds/other furniture.
Driveway is shared with the Carriage House next door (also a rental of ours). Please be courteous of parking spots. Choose a designated parking spot, and please don't block in vehicles you don't know. One street parking spot available directly in front of main home.
Yard may be shared with other guests. Back yard is not fenced.

My husband and I love to travel, and our favorite way to stay is in an AirBnb! We understand what guests love and expect out of each stay. We host out of two homes in Hot Springs, a place very near and dear to our hearts. We typically travel with our two canine children, and we’re happy to host pups with their humans.
