The Sinatra Holiday House

Summary:

The Sinatra is a full time holiday rental in central Mulwala - close to the Blacksmith winebar, the football oval, the Water Ski club and the lake. It is the perfect house for family gatherings, golf trips and girls weekends away!



The Space:

The Sinatra was once described by a guest as "Palm Springs meets Regional Victoria".



Like Frank Sinatra - this house is a great entertainer. The spaces are designed for indoor outdoor interaction - for relaxing and or socialising, the choice is yours. The beautiful pool takes centre stage, the decor is very on-trend and the beds are super comfortable.



In the winter, enjoy the huge open fire place, hydronic floor heating, and beautiful winter sun streaming in the north facing windows. There is also an awesome Webber BBQ, outdoor oven and a Pizza oven in the pool cabana.



About the Host:

This property is professionally managed by Karen Mitchell and the team at Waterfront Holiday Houses. A security deposit of 1000 is required to be paid 14 days prior to the booking to the Property Management Agents, Waterfront Holiday Houses.

The property address and key details are provided when the security deposit is paid.



In Summer:

Enjoy the beautiful mineral salt swimming pool, large alfresco, evaporative air conditioning with ceiling fans. The pool is heated to 29 degrees (on cool evenings we will put the solar blanket on for you!)



Guests have access to a double garage and plenty of parking on site.

This is a pet friendly house: One off pet fee of 110 applies, the pet can sleep inside in the laundry, but must a non-hair shedding dog or cat!



Bedding configurations:

The standard is 10 guests and prices advertised are base prices for 10 guests. Up to 12 guests can be hosted, using the teenagers retreat, extra charges apply.

• Guest bedroom 2: Queen Bed

• Guest bedroom 3: King bed and single bed with trundle bed with a courtyard view

• Guest bedroom 4: King Bed (The New York room)

• Guest bedroom 5: (teenagers retreat) 2 singles beds

The Neighborhood:

A great location in residential Mulwala, 2 streets back from the main street and Lake Mulwala. You can easily walk into Mulwala to the Bakery, Butchers, Wine Bar, Clubs, Pubs, Supermarket, Pizza Parlour, Chinese Restaurant and Tun-za-fun (to name a few).



Alternatively, if you want to stretch your legs, Yarrawonga is only 3km away with a great foot path.



Getting Around:

Yarrawonga, Mulwala and surrounds have a local taxi service and each Club and some Pubs offer courtesy buses.



Otherwise, walk! You are in a great location with great walking paths.

Photo ID with residential address is required within 24hrs of making a booking.



Standard Booking Cancellation Policy:

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of the Property Specific Terms and Conditions. Variations in terms are reflective of noise restrictions, swimming pools, pets and on-site parking.



Booking Cancellation Policy:

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 28 days prior to occupancy. If not, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let the property.



Cancellation of the booking by the client, deposits are non refundable unless the property is re-let for the entire period for equal value. If the property is re-let, the guest may have a credit for future bookings, or request a refund.

If a refund is requested, then a $150 administration fee will apply. Please note the 2% merchant fee and the 8% booking fee is non-refundable. The advertised nightly rack rate is the amount refunded.

Should a cancellation notice be given for a peak period booking, or a booking with less than 28 days notice, then a $250 refund administration fee will apply.



Waterfront Holiday Houses are Managing Agents and the office hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday.

Outstanding Family Property

Pictures do not do it justice. It has absolutely everything you require and everything is of exemplary standard. We have 3 small children under 5 and they had an absolute ball. The neighbourhood is quiet and the property is in an excellent location. We will definitely be staying again.

Golf Stay

The house worked great for a group of 10 men away on a golf weekend. Indoor/outdoor was excellent with great barbecue facilities. Bedding set up of 10 singles was good, however there was one quite short bed which was not ideal!! Would recommend highly for golf groups!

We had a fabulous time staying at the Sinatra. The ladies behind the scenes were extremely helpful + friendly, The house was amazing, and we loved the upgrade to the backyard. It is situated in a great location + we loved every minute of our stay.

Lovely & cool house, very spacious, kitsch black and silver decor, a tidy landscaped rear garden and we made great use of the beautiful pool. Every conceivable gadget in the kitchen, glamour bathrooms (BYO illuminated mirror). Overall, very relaxing environment.

Palm Springs meets Regional Victoria getaway

We loved the Sinatra house! Stayed there with our multi-generational family for a wedding and it could not have been more perfect. The house is welcoming and has absolutely everything you need for a Palm Springs meets Regional Victoria getaway. Beautifully decorated - Karen has thought of everything! An added bonus for us was how everything is single level - really great for members of the family with mobility challenges. The saltwater pool is stunning - silky and soft water. Thanks so much for offering a property where everyone feels so welcome and so encouraged to relax and enjoy Mulwala (although we didn't really want to leave the Sinatra!).
