Excellently located ski apartment

A super apartment right next to the slopes and a stone's throw from shops etc. The host was very quick to respond and everything was smooth as clockwork. The apartment is compact but contains everything you would need for a stay.

Basic accommodation close to the ski run accommodation

This is an okay place to stay as it is close to the ski run and has free parking. Very basic accommodation. We got 1/3 toilet roll for 4 people. No dishwashing detergent. No cleaning cloth. House rule. Must clean apartment and empty dishwasher. It is hard to complete this task as the basics are not supplied. No breakfast if you intend to leave early in the morning, as you'll need to wait for the dishwasher to finish. The oven doesn't work. Linen is not provided. It's unhygienic to use blankets and beds with linen. Extra 65 euros. The owner was kind, as the actual cost was 71 euros. The owner was super responsive, answered questions, and provided help.

Thanks for the feedback Peter. It's written in the listing, that you need to bring your own household stuff, as we're not living nearby and unfortunately aren't able to provide those things. There's no need to clean the apartment at the end. Just the usual tidying up, which includes the emptying of the dishwasher... Otherwise our cleaning service charges us additionally for that. The oven should work actually. It's the first time I'm hearing that. It's just not very intuitive to start. You could have asked me, how to use it. Of course there's no breakfast. It's just an apartment, not a hotel and not a bed and breakfast. I recommend reading the listing before booking, next time. This helps in meeting the expectations. I still hope, you had a great stay.

Slechte wegwijzer, geen enkele handdoek, geen wc rol, code klopte niet. Na contact met de eigenaar er wel gekomen maar niet best. De slaapbank zit een stalen stang in die je voelt als je slaapt

Wir möchten gerne auf einige Punkte eingehen: Zur Anreise: Wir hatten Ihnen vorab ein Dokument mit GPS-Koordinaten und der genauen Adresse zugeschickt. Die Beschilderung vor Ort wurde in letzter Zeit außerdem deutlich verbessert, sodass das Gebäude gut zu finden ist. Wir werden künftig noch deutlicher auf die Anfahrtsbeschreibung hinweisen, damit solche Missverständnisse vermieden werden können. Zum Thema Handtücher und Toilettenpapier: Im Inserat ist ausdrücklich vermerkt, dass diese Artikel nicht bereitgestellt werden. Wir verstehen jedoch, dass solche Hinweise leicht übersehen werden können, und haben inzwischen dafür gesorgt, dass grundlegende Dinge wie Toilettenpapier und Seife vor Ort verfügbar sind. Den Zugangscode hatten wir leider vergessen rechtzeitig zu übermitteln – das bedauern wir aufrichtig. Wir freuen uns, dass wir Ihnen noch am selben Abend telefonisch helfen konnten. Für das Schlafsofa steht eine Matratzenauflage zur Verfügung, die für einen angenehmen Schlafkomfort sorgt. Wir nehmen Ihr Feedback ernst und arbeiten kontinuierlich daran, unsere Unterkunft und die Kommunikation mit unseren Gästen zu verbessern. Bonne continuation avec le propriétaire, Apparemment très bien situé pour le ski. Équipements très corrects. Seul petit désagrément nous n'avons pas put utiliser le local à ski car il venait d'avoir eu un changement de clé.

Séjour agréable, appartement idéalement situé pour le ski, les commerces et la vue. Il manque un four micro-ondes selon nous pour le côté pratique. Hôte disponible à tout moment.

Great position, everything was as the owner advised. Clean. Well equipped. Right beside shops and restaurants. Easy ski to blue or green slope Would definitely stay there again.
