As Superhosts, we aim to provide you with the best experience for your Orlando vacation in our special Orlando home. We are always improving our home and keep it updated :)

Living Room
The living room boasts all the comforts of home and is the main gathering place in the home. Two full sized, high- end couches (one is a sleeper) and 2 slipper chairs adorn the bright, vaulted-ceiling space. The color scheme pulls the beautiful pool colors through the large sliding glass doors and windows.
The living room has cable TV, a blue ray dvd player, a land-line phone and upgraded high- speed whole-house wifi.

Kitchen
The full kitchen boasts new high-end appliances and updated birch cabinetry. There is a HUGE refrigerator with ice maker and water. We have a super quiet Bosch dishwasher. The space is very well equipped for guests and includes everything you will need to cook for a large family.

Game Room/ Family Room
We offer a second living space perfect for your "time at home" needs. This TOY STORY themed room boasts 2 sleeper couches and 2 sleeper chairs for more room to spread out, if needed. There is a new large flat screen TV. Your family will enjoy playing pool, huge Yahtzee, huge checkers and chess as well as some themed toys like tinker toys and Buzz and Woody etc. We also have many board games!

Bedrooms
The home has two en suite bedrooms and the third "adult/teen bedroom" has a bath right next-door that can be privately used. There are also two themed bunk rooms. Those two rooms share a large themed bathroom, which is located next to the bunk rooms. The kids can have their own bathroom! Hey Mom's- the kids use their own bathroom :) !!!!

Master Bedroom #1- 1st floor- King master bedroom, full bath with separate shower and corner tub. This room is very large.

Bedroom #2- 1st floor- Queen bed. Full bathroom with shower across the hall.

Bedroom #3-Queen ensuite bedroom- 2nd floor- Queen Bed, master Bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Star Wars Bunk Room - 2nd floor. One triple bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed. Perfect place for the cousins.

Stitch Bunk Room-2nd floor. One triple bunk bed and a twin over full bunk. Perfect place for the cousins.

There are T.V's and DVD players in every bedroom.

Pool Area
Our pool area is truly a quiet vacation paradise. We chose this house very wisely for the private pool area which boasts seating for all 12 guests, including a dining table and 4 chaise lounges and a shaded outdoor sectional. The spa and pool overlook conservation land which is frequently visited by native waterfowl and turtles. It is a relaxing, natural retreat at the end of a busy day in the Parks!.

The pool area has a color-changing led pool lighting for your evening enjoyment of the pool. The pool is about 5 1/2-6 foot at the deep end and 2-3 foot deep at the shallow end with steps to enter at either end and a nice gentle slope.

Family Stay/Theme Park Supplies
We offer our guests a single stroller and an umbrella stroller to use at the Parks. A Pack-N-play with crib sheets, a high chair and 3 baby-gates are there for you to use. We also have supplies for a day at the beach!

The Aviana Resort offers a larger pool overlooking the lake, a shaded playground, beach volleyball, games like ping pong and foosball and a work out room. It is a fully gated, smaller community with full time gate attendees and a code for the late night.

We choose Aviana because it wasn't too big, was mandatorily well maintained, has sidewalks and many ponds and places to walk and ride bikes. They also have garbage pick up twice a week and they take it back and forth from the house for you. :)

Travel to Disney and Parks is easy.
We are located 8 miles from Disney - an easy 14-24 minute drive, depending on traffic.

We have a Golf course right across the street and many more Golf options.

Groceries, food options and a gas station are 2 minutes away.

Please note that we have a driveway camera for your protection.

We are available for all your needs and our property managers are on call 24/7.

Our neighboorhood is clean, beautiful and has ponds and sidewalks for walking and biking. It is beautifully maintained by our HOA

A car is recommended during your stay.

The home is perfectly located in Central Florida! Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea world, Legoland and all Orlando has to offer is a short drive away!
ALL beaches are a short day trip.
