Life at the beach

Condo was great. Very clean, exceptionally furnished. We were happy to be so close to the beach. Just a short walk away. Very nice pools. Was great to have beach lounge chairs there plus beach chairs available at the condo plus beach toys including noodles and boogey board and 2 beach umbrellas.

Sensational Siesta

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2br/2ba condo at Peppertree. We loved the location south of the public beach, not too far from the southern entrance to the Island, and not too far to ride bikes to the village. The condo had everything we could have needed and the owners were amazing to work with throughout the whole experience. The condo is on the gulf side of Midnight Pass Road and it is a quick 2-minute walk to the pool and white sandy beach. The entire complex is well maintained and very secure. We highly recommend this property and the owners are great.

Great Beach Access

We stayed in this condo for 6 weeks this winter and feel very fortunate as condos were very hard to find. We loved being so close to the beach and the convenience of the pool and grill area. Family (another 4) stayed for one week of our stay and we had plenty of room. We loved the convenience of the washer and dryer. We enjoyed the lanai for breakfast and liked that there was an office printer to use. We had an air conditioning incident but the owners were right on it getting it fixed for us. Very pleasant people to work with. Don't hesitate to rent this condo.

Very Nice Condo on a Beautiful Beach

We enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom unit. The unit was very clean and well equipped for our month long stay. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed. Kitchen was updated and had everything needed to prepare meals. There was an area set up with a desk and printer that was handy to do work remotely. The cable and internet service was very good. The living area had a nice large high def TV. Beach area is great with lots of beach chairs. Pool area is a little small but adequate for the complex. Overall very nice unit in a very well maintained complex.

Very enjoyable stay!

We stayed at many locations on Siesta Key throughout the years and this condo is one of our favorites. You step in and feel right at home in this comfortable and well decorated unit. It was very well stocked: from all kitchen supplies and gadgets to books and plush beach towels to brand new smart flat screen TV to laundry supplies (great laundry room and storage inside). The lanai has garden view, you can hear soothing sounds from back-lit water feature at night. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable. The layout was very convenient - bedrooms separated by a large living/dining area, which allowed a lot of privacy. We walked no more than 2 minutes to the beautiful white sands of the beach. The complex has a gym, tennis court, swimming pool and grilling area. We used the latter quite a bit for grilling fresh catch of the day. All in all,we would recommend this unit and gladly go back.
