Beautiful 2BD/2BA Condo on Siesta Key! Gated Community with countless amenities. Heated pool located on the intracoastal waterway with beautiful sunrises, three Tennis Courts, gas Grills located poolside with a covered outdoor dining area. Updated and remodeled condo with new furniture throughout. Granite countertops, new appliances, ceramic floors, and tastefully decorated with amazing artwork. Watch the sunrise over the intracoastal waterway as Dolphins and Manatees swim nearby. Walk to Siesta Key beach for white sand and amazing sunsets. Accommodations feature a large King Bed in the master and a spacious Queen in the guest bedroom. Large closets and updated bathrooms with a bright tropical feel. The beach is a quick 10 minute walk across Midnight Pass Rd with access on Siesta Key Beach. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and White Sand Beaches. The Condo is located a quarter mile South of Siesta Key Public Beach area and a mile and a half from Siesta Key Village and its numerous restaurants, bars and shops. If you want a little more than the casual beach scene Downtown Sarasota is a 15 minute drive and it will take you 20 minutes to reach St Armonds Circle. Sarasota is a known for it's great restaurants, nightlife, arts and shopping.

Wonderful stay

The condo was clean an updated and the owner was very easy to communicate with. It's in a very nice location and I am already in the process of renting for next year. I didn't want to give a great rating because I wanted to keep Dan's place a secret, but I have to give credit where credit is due. Thanks Dan!

Condo in Siesta Key

This is a fantastic place to stay. The condo was spotless, furnished thoughtfully, and extremely well equipped. The location is close to the beach. It was also not to far to shops and restaurants. I could tell that the owner really took time to make sure this was a great experience for any one staying at this condo. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in Siesta Key. I will definitely be retuning to this location. Thank you for a great experience.

Perfect piece of Paradise!

Had an amazing time there. Plenty to do and see on and off the island. The place had everything you could need for sitting at the beach all day to enjoying a meal in the evening. A very well stocked kitchen to cook and the grills were easy to use. Perfect location to the main beach entrance to spend the day in the sand. The cart, chairs and cooler were amazing to have. Both villages were easy to get to for a fun night out and amazing food. The property owner was great to work with and very responsive. Cannot wait to come stay here again.

Another Year in Paradise

This beautiful, well-laid out, spacious condo has everything you need to have a fabulous vacation! Very comfortable beds and luxurious bedding, an incredible well-stocked kitchen, large bathrooms with some of the best towels we’ve ever had renting a space, great TVs, all with a bright, cheery and beachy feel. It has a wonderful view of the pool, tennis courts and the causeway. There are benches and loungers on the causeway where you can watch interesting boats tour by and dolphins frolic in the water. With an easy walk to Siesta Beach (one of the world’s most beautiful beaches), chairs, Yete cooler, canopy, beach towels and wagon are all provided. Outside the complex, are two free trolley stops to bring you into either village to enjoy the fantastic restaurants or just walk around and have a delicious ice cream. Best part—the owner is absolutely terrific. Dan truly is an exceptional host. Caring, considerate, friendly and goes out of his way to make your vacation special.
