Both the living room and Master Bedroom overlook 400 feet of the awesome sugar white beach and emerald green waters. Our unit sleeps eight comfortably with a new king size master bedroom, king size guest bedroom, bunk beds, and a new queen size sleeper sofa with 6' mattress. Also included in our floor plan are two spacious bathrooms, washer and dryer, as well as an open kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, microwave, coffee pot and everything you need for a fun filled, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Free wireless internet service. The view from our 2nd Floor Balcony is ideal for dolphin watching, sunsets like you have never seen before, and simply just relaxing.

Need more than one unit. We also have another 2 bedroom with bunks (same floor plan) in the same building that sleeps 8 (vrbo 1218818).We also have a one bedroom in the east tower that sleeps 4 to 6 people comfortably (Vrbo # 445320). And a two bedroom that sleep 6 (vrbo # 390646)

SPECIAL NOTES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Parking is $40 per car for the duration of your stay.

We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condominium during the rental period.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. If cancellation occurs within twenty one (21) days of arrival, the full advance payment and deposit will be forfeited. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation.
