Garden like estate at the foothills of the Petit Jean Mt. that overlooks the Arkansas River. Great for Family Gathering. Giant Boulder Fountains and the beautiful grounds would be perfect for a small wedding/event venue (small extra fee for weddings for utilities of 50 guest or less)(tables & party supplies for rent)(request a price list for these items.) Private In ground swimming pool. Your family will be the only one using the pool. Fire Pit & Private boat ramp for easy access onto the Arkansas River for fishing, kayaking, canoeing. 1 1/2 miles to Petit Jean Grave Site and 5.5 miles to Petit Jean State Park. Main House has 3 bedroom with 3 Baths, Gas Fireplace and Gas Grill and a Pool Table & Ping Pong Table. Large Guest House located just across the drive has 3 bedroom with 2 Baths. Sleeps 19. Both houses included in this package rental.

Why they chose this property

This property is so beautiful and relaxing. Large trees and boulder waterfalls next to the inground swimming pool. Wood deck and the giant boulder waterfall next to tropical fish bond. Set on the front porch and enjoy the view of the AR river and watch the barges go by. Take a walk down the old Petit Jean highway that leads past the back of the house. With Petit Jean State Park just five and half miles away, spend the day hiking around their trails. Enjoy the car museum on the way to Petit Jean State Park.

This property is large enough to accommodate a family or friends reunion. A small wedding/event under 50 people (Extra fee for weddings/events) Large yard and boulders for the kids to enjoy. Plenty of spacious indoor rooms. Pool table, ping pong table, games. A well stocked kitchen with a electric cookstove & oven. Gas burner/griller cooking counter top.
