Enjoy amazing views on Harris Brake Lake where kayaking, canoeing and fishing are fantastic for the whole family. My kids love the 70 foot zipline & tree swing. Sit in the deck chairs around the fire pit at sunset and listen to the great horned owls hooting on the lake's island. 5 kayaks, a canoe and fishing poles provided. Board games, card games and puzzles galore. 2 bedrooms sleep 6 easily with a queen bed and 4 twin bunk beds. Close to Petit Jean, Mt. Nebo, Pinnacle Mountain State Park The space The house will easily sleep 6 in the 5 beds. With 5 kayaks and a canoe provided, it is an outdoorsy family dream. We have an 9 and an 12 year old, so we work hard to make this space kid friendly. The tree swing, zip line, fishing poles, kayaks, canoe, board and card games are all efforts to encourage kids to get off electronics. We swim in the lake often and stock about a dozen life jackets, including child, youth, and adult sizes. The lake house is approximately 40 minutes from West Little Rock, 25 minutes from Pinnacle Mountain State Park, 25 minutes from Flatside Pinnacle Wilderness Area, 30 minutes from Petit Jean State Park and 50 minutes from Mt. Nebo State Park. Nearby hiking and mountain biking trails are spectacular. Guest access The brand new 5 person hot tub has been delivered and hooked up. The lake view from the hot tub is unrivaled. Other things to note Three amazing state parks are really close by. Pinnacle Mountain State Park is halfway between the lake house and Little Rock, and the summit offers spectacular views. Petit Jean State Park is the fantastic. The view toward the east over the Arkansas River is splendid, and Mather Lodge Restaurant, overlooking the Petit Jean River Gorge, is a great respite between hiking the Cedar Falls water fall trail and the Rock House Cave trail, just past the Turtle Rocks. But my favorite is Mt. Nebo, where Sunrise Point and Sunset Point offer the best view in all of Arkansas. And the mountain biking is fun for amateurs and some trails are challenging for those who are experienced. See pictures and more info in my guidebook on Airbnb.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
The property had not been cleaned from prior guests. Attempted to contact host several times during our stay with no communication back. The property was great otherwise with friendly neighborhood dogs!
We had a relaxing stay here as we were traveling back home after Thanksgiving. It was the perfect space to unwind, especially with the views and hot tub. Communication was easy, and we were well taken care of by the host, Jason. Overall, this was an amazing place to stay and we are already looking forward to our next stay!
We had a really great stay at the lake house, the photos didn't do it justice! We had everything we needed and Jason was very helpful and communicative. We took advantage of the kayaks and zip line--so much fun!
Listing was accurate. Check-in was easy. Host was responsive to messages. TV didn’t turn on, but we don’t watch much TV. It was cold during our stay, so we didn’t get out on the water. Hot tub was nice, but it’s a little dark down there at night. A bit more lighting would have been nice, but overall a good stay.
It was a nice Homie spot. I thought the hot tub could be cleaner and there was sewer smell outside and bubbling toilets had plenty of kitchen. Amenities beds were comfy.
Super cute and cozy, beautiful views, everything we needed, relaxing getaway! Host was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had both before and during our stay. Nextdoor neighbor and dogs were very friendly. Easy drive to Petit Jean. I would stay again!
Do Not stay here. Host forgot to have property cleaned prior to or arrival. The dishes the sink had been sitting a week and stunk. The bed wasn’t made, towels on the floor. I called, text and messaged owner. No response. I called again after 40 minutes and he answered. Promised to send some over to clean. They never showed up. We couldn’t stay there and had to go drive 30 min to Morrilton to get a hotel. I complained to Vrbo because they should refund we were unable to stay on party. Still awaiting a response.
We had an amazing time staying at this location. Jason was quick to respond with any concerns that we had. Perfect place to stay if you are wanting to get away from the busy world and enjoy nature and fishing. We had fun playing board games and just enjoying watching the wildlife around the lake.
Overall splendid little lake cottage with magnificent views of lake.

The property has an amazing view of Harris Break Lake and everything you need to take advantage of the recreation opportunities. Great for accessing the nearby state parks or the Ouachita National Forest.
Jonson is a great host, very responsive and helpful to give us the information about the property. The house is very clean and the view of the lake is unbeatable! Less than 10 minutes ride to the nearest town and grocery store.
This felt like a vacation home, instead of a rental property. The house was very well stocked with little extras that showed the owner uses this house too. For example, binoculars(4 pair), kayaks, life jackets, reference books for local wildlife and insects, plenty of extra household supplies on hand(toilet paper, towels, pillows, etc.) Great place to stay.
Not only did the owner accommodate us in short notice but he made sure to help sort any issues we had… which were NONE! I was in AWE of the house/cabin and the scenery. Pictures do not even begin to describe how gorgeous, private and fun this place is. We are already making plans to come back!
Great place, access easy, accommodations were great. Plenty of items everything you could need was furnished. Lake view was amazing. After a hike the hot tub did wonders. Will stay here again. Would help if there were some lights on the stairs by hot tub.
The house was spacious and clean, the scenery is amazing. We enjoyed their kayaks and also how close we were to multiple parks and hiking trails. Host is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We would love to stay here again.
Overall quite happy. The gravel in front of the house was not very flat and did not tend well to getting the bike on and off of the trailer. Ended up just driving to the main road to load and unload the bike. Great view and good quiet remote area. Perfect for unloading the daily stresses from work. Hot tub was functional and clean but the cover was in need of replacement.
We really enjoyed our stay. The lakehouse was very nice and clean with a great view of the lake. Loved the Zip Line!!! Wish we could have spent more time outdoors but the weather did not cooperate. Will recommend this property to friends and family!!
Great open layout, with giant windows for stunning views. Especially the sunrise with all the birds on the water . We all enjoyed the zip line, and kayakes that are available to use. And plenty of state parks, and national forests for activities. But the property is enough to keep you happy, if you just want to relax.

I love to hike with my kids in the Ouachita National Forest which surrounds our lake house. My other hobby is bird watching. The ospreys have raised a brood about 100 yards from our lake house, and it is amazing to watch them fish for their ever hungry babies. When you watch a bald eagle snag a fish from the lake or listen to a great horned owl hoot at a full moon over the lake, you'll become a birder too.
Why they chose this property
This place is amazing because of the memories you will make. My kids scream with glee riding the 70 foot zipline. Showing my daughter how to bait her own fishing line or helping my son pull in a 7 pound fish are memories made here that I will cherish for a life time. Kayaking out to the osprey nest and watching the dad osprey perform like an Olympic diver while snagging a fish is priceless. Or relaxing in the new hot tub and watching the International Space Station fly over head in the dark night sky over the lake rejuvenates me.
What makes this property unique
Zipline between two large oak trees while enjoying the fire pit and view of the lake on the tip of a peninsula, then relax in the hot tub. It doesn't get any better.
