This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is a relaxing vacation resort on the Virginia Peninsula and is located close to some of Williamsburg's top attractions. Located within a couple miles away is Williamsburg Historic area. The resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor pool and one children's pool. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tubs, 2 playgrounds, miniature golf, billiards room and tennis courts.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath. Their is a Jacuzzi jetted tub in the master bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has 2 queen size beds along with a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. This beautiful condo also has a balcony and is 1,542 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129.00 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

2 adults and 4 teenage girls. Kitchen was perfect for cooking dinners. We enjoyed the pools, mini golf and billiards. Matt was great to work with and the resort staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again. Very close to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg.

Beautiful and peaceful setting!

Feels like a home away from home! We were in town for my son's Coast Guard graduation. We were able to have family stay together and were able to have a great visit. Great location in relation to USCG base and sites!

The place was large and clean and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots. The kids loved the resort amenities (pool, mini golf, billiards) and the resort staff were responsive.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The very few issues we had like closet door was off the track, sheets for sleeper sofa unable to find were promptly fixed. Great experience. We intend to return.

Fantastic location

We love staying at this resort as it’s in a fantastic location and has a couple of great amenities on the property. This trip the room wasn’t as good as we’ve had in the past. It as as if we may have been at the older side of the property. Still had everything we needed and worked just fine. Owners listing was spot on and they were wonderful about communicating

Family mini vacation

As a whole our stay was good. Mostly clean and close to a variety of things to do. Everyone was friendly. Some days were a little cool so it would have been nice to use the indoor pool. We didn't know it was going to be closed for renovations until a few days before our arrival. A few extra blankets would've been nice for those who get more than others. Overall we'd stay again.

Wonderful property with lots of amenities

I was very pleasantly surprised with this condo and all the amenities it comes with . First off, the condo is impeccably clean and the beds were very comfortable in spacious rooms. We spent every morning on the balcony with our coffee watching the wildlife (deer, birds, groundhogs etc.). Colonial Williamsburg is only a couple miles away with Jamestown and Yorktown not too far either..The grounds offer so much after a busy day of exploring such as 2 pools and hot tubs, mini golf, fire pit and some table games. I will definitely stay here in my next visit to Williamsburg!

Everything was great but the room that had two beds the porch light was right above the window so it was very bright needed curtains not shade in that room. I slept on couch bed. Also my son fixed bed slap was beoken i told them they needed a new one. Pool and jacuzzi were great
