The Estates of Kings Creek 3 Bedroom

The Estates are the exclusive development of single homes to the left of the gate house as you enter King's Creek resort. These homes feature the decor and details expected in luxury vacationing. There is a patio and balcony to experience a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

There are two master bedrooms, one standard bedroom with a private bath, and 2 sleeper sofas. Large whirl pool tubs adorn each master bedroom suite. Sleeper sofas are located in the living rooms. The living rooms and bedrooms all have flat screen TV's. There are two washers and dryers. Two dishwashers...AND two kitchens! The kitchens are fully stocked with appliances, granite countertops, and an outdoor gas grill.

Imagine spending the holidays with your family in one of these luxury vacation homes near historic Williamsburg. This property is just 3 miles from Colonial Williamsburg, 15 minutes away from the Yorktown and Jamestown beaches. Enjoy theme parks (Busch Gardens and Water Country USA), shopping, and dining. Water Country USA is right next door! There is an onsite restaurant (Seasonal), 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, fitness center, miniature golf, tennis and basketball courts. Location to Busch parks excellent...

Resort is nice but our cottage was not exactly clean. It needs some repair work done for sure and a thorough cleaning. Owner was very pleasant to work with and very quick to reply and answer any questions. I would stay again but wish to see repairs done and a much better cleaning in the unit.

Very clean, beautiful town house in excellent location

This home was beautiful! I saw some comments that suggest uncleanness, and that seems crazy to me. We are picky people, and we didn't have any issues whatsoever with cleanliness. The property manager Tara was super responsive whenever we emailed her. The location of the property could not be better. There also are multiple swimming pools on the property, as well as a cute 9-hole mini-golf course, and the community has free activities throughout the week (spelling bee, arts and crafts, bingo, etc.). We had a wonderful vacation here and would highly recommend it.

Great accommodations and amenities

We booked this place when our reservations at Cheatham Annex were canceled due to a power outage. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, comfort, and amenities! The only downside was the pressure to attend a timeshare presentation that occurred at check in (thinly veiled as a “gift” they were giving us) and again the following morning. Otherwise, extremely pleased.

Modern and Well Maintained

Property is modern and well-maintained. On booking, it wasn’t obvious to me that this is a time-share. At check-in a pushy salesperson attempted to schedule a presentation. That was a bit off-putting, but they did not try again. Loved the pools and big whirlpool tubs in the Estates.

Memorial Weekend Visit

The property was at Kings Creek resort which is a very nice property. It’s conveniently located right beside Water Country USA and a few miles away from Busch Gardens. My only complaint is that the property could do some upgrades but just minor. The property consisted of 2 connected units, one unit with 2 bedrooms 2 full baths and 1 half bath and the other unit had 1 bed and 1 bath. It was perfect for what we needed. Tara was amazing. I bugged her a lot but she still found time to reply to my messages. She made the stay very easy!

Spring Break Getaway

The sofa and floor carpet needed cleaning. Also, although the check- in process was smooth, the lady at the front desk that gave us our vehicle parking pass was overly persistent in trying to set us up for a time share meeting. She called us several times (the first night) to speak with us about the time share meeting.
