Cozy home in Berkeley Hills, a fabulous retreat and architectural gem!
Cozy home nestled in Berkeley hills near the University. It's a mix of a Californian modern architecture and a tree house! This is an architectural gem with plenty of custom windows. We hope that you will enjoy its decor (with a European flair because we are French!) as much as we do.
We have a great outdoor garden that surrounds 2 decks and a terrace with BBQ. We feel in a retreat every day, especially when the deers come by. It's our primary house, we trust that you will take care of it like it's yours. We can't wait to host you!
Close to University (UC Berkeley), Gourmet Guetto (plenty of great restaurants including famous Chez Panisse), Safeway. BART or drive to San Francisco (40 min BART from North Berkeley Bart Station or Downtown Berkeley Bart Station).
The house can accommodate 4 people :
- 2 adults in the adult bedroom
- 1 person (adults or kid) in each kid bedroom (single bed in each)

-Bedroom with a twin bed (single bed upper platform)
