This property in Santorini was immaculate and quite spacious for a family vacation. All the rooms are very unique and have their own bathroom and shower facilities in suite except 2 on the second floor which share a bathroom, which is really no big deal. The location is very close to one of the centers with lots of restaurants, shopping and night life and the property managers were very responsive and accommodating to us!!! This is really a gem and you cannot ask for a better place to stay in Santorini!!’
This place is very beautiful, clean and memorable. The host/manager Fanis and the cleaner was exceptional.

Beware of this propertyThe location overall was okay, a few minutes walk from multiple locations but to summarize....First when having trouble using the vrbo app for check in we were pushed to use whatsapp which is sketchyNext when we checked in we found strands of hair on the floor, part of a bathrobe left in the pool and this was after they just informed us the place had been fully cleaned.The longer we stayed the more we noticed things we not nearly as described.While not inclusive below is what we discovered over a 3 day booking:Upstairs dishwasher is broken, both refrigerator doors don't seal, stovetop downstairs does not work, towel bar in the upstairs fell off when used, knob to switch between wand and overhead shower is broken in the downstairs bathroom, latch for upstairs unit entrance does not latch, knob on the gait to downstairs unit falls off. We had to contact them multiple times to fix a toilet to their credit they did show up for the next day but we not able to fix.I understand things happen but when I approached them for a partial refund due to many problems and not being able to use the property as intended and it's overall state they were not receptive to this going so far to blame all of of these problems on our group. Would not use again, if using document everything during your stay

It is unfortunate when guests resort to such actions in retaliation.

We were disappointed to read your recent review, especially considering the sequence of events that led to it. It appears that your feedback may have been influenced by our decision to decline your request for a refund, which we believe was handled fairly and in accordance with platform policies.
To clarify a few points for transparency:
• We kindly accommodated your early arrival request by allowing members of your group access to the property several hours before the official check-in time—something we do as a courtesy, and which most guests appreciate.
• Despite multiple requests, the required check-in information (such as passport details) was not provided for any of our guests (your group) . This is a legal requirement in most countries, and we encouraged you to comply with it without interrupting your wedding preparations. We even followed up via WhatsApp to avoid disturbing you directly.
• Regarding the bathrobe’s part which was found in the pool’s skimmer, we would like to remind to you that it was missing the second day from the third bedroom and obviously your friend forget it at the yard and felt in the pool with the wind!!!
• Minor damages were noted after your departure (broken glassware, door handles, and a shower fitting). Despite these, we did not deduct any charges or raise any issues during or after your stay, out of respect for your special event.
• A reported issue with one toilet was addressed within minutes—specifically, within 3 minutes !!! of your message. We acted promptly to ensure your comfort.
We have submitted all relevant documentation, including photos and messages, to VRBO for their review. We trust the platform will take appropriate action based on the full and accurate context.
We always strive to provide the best possible experience to our guests, and it is disappointing when reviews do not reflect the efforts we make. However, we remain committed to maintaining a high standard of hospitality and integrity.
