This property had a good location and was large, but that is the only positive I can say about it. Otherwise, it was the quintessential example of the race to the bottom and absolutely no desire to provide any kind of reasonable guest experience. The place was dirty-- hair in the shower, dirty brown smudges of god knows what above the toilet paper on the wall, dust dirt and grunge everywhere, dirty cleaning rags found on the floor at check in in multiple rooms, unclean dishes in the kitchen (maybe because, as noted further down, they don't provide basic supplies like a scrub brush to actually clean them, so prior guests just put them away duty and covered with grunge). The host didn't provide hand towels or shower mats, and the bathroom towels were something they got at goodwill a decade ago (threadbare, falling apart). They don't provide shampoo or basic supplies. The house is far from a "new build" as detailed in the listing-- it's falling apart. Think-- door knob to bathroom falling off every time you use it, broken floor tiles, filthy mold stained doors, holes in the bathroom walls where there should be towel racks, a grill that has never been cleaned so it was a hazard / unusable (started a grease fire, and no fire extinguisher is available), exposed unfinished Sheetrock in bedrooms, the list goes on.
