We are a Dutch/British couple, with two children who live in the Hague, the Netherlands We have lived in many different countries and when we visited the Costa Brava 5 years ago, we fell in love with S'Agaro and intend to retire here one day. We love coming here in September, Christmas and Easter and some weeks in summer.
Why they chose this property
It is perfectly located as it is just over 1 hour drive from Barcelona and is 35 minutes from Girona airport. We have visited many areas of Spain and we really have not found any area as beautiful as the Costa Brava. In addition, the infrastructure is very good here, with bicycle tracks, public transport and excellent services. Catalonia has a rich culinary tradition and there is an excellent choice of restaurants in S'Agaro, Sant Feliu de Guixols and Platja D'Aro. In addition, we are 35 minutes by car from the beautiful city of Girona. We are also very near to many other scenic towns and villages on the Costa Brava - Begur, Pals, Calella de Palafrugell and Cadaques, just to name a few.

The apartment has splendid views and is 200 meters from Sant Pol beach. There is also a large heated swimming pool. It is ideally placed in S'Agaro between Sant Feliu de Guixols and Platja D'Aro. Sant Feliu de Guixols is a 10 minute walk. As it is located just behind the Sant Pol beach, you are slightly away from the crowds and it is very peaceful.
