The apartment is in a quiet area, quick uber to Broadway where the action is. I wouldn’t walk alone at night in this area. Apartment condition was fair, could use some touch ups.

Great spot!

Such a nice place! Very clean, easy process and off the path enough to be out of the noise and craziness but literally a 5 Uber ride to all the action of Broadway!

This property is beautiful and a short walk (or Uber ride) away from Broadway. From the master bedroom, there's a lovely view of the Cumberland river. The ease of the entry and key fobs was just that...EASY. Secure place to park. We stayed for 4 nights. We loved it and definitely hope to stay there again. We were there over Christmas. Wonderful...

Location only a $10 uber to downtown, super easy. not a lot around the condo to do (eat/bars) liquor store in walking distance. Rooftop terrace was a bit chilly in November but I can see this being an awesome asset in warmer weather. Secure parking was great and easy. Didn’t not cook but kitchen was well equipped Overall recommend

Nice accommodations and walking distance to downtown

Great accommodations for a few days with friends. View was great from room and the rooftop terrace even better. Walk to downtown took 15-20 minutes and we felt safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful neighborhood

plenty of space for 4 adults. Had a few issues with building security but this was resolved. We didnt get to use the rooftop because someone had removed the cushions from the outdoor furniture even thou the weather was perfect. Would go again.

Plenty of room for two couples

we had a little difficulty accessing the property due to electronic issues but Forte did a good job communicating with us and everything worked out. The rooftop was a very comfortable setting however the seat cushions had apparently been placed in storage even thou the weather was beautiful for early October. The roof was spacious, clean and comfortable with great views. Would recommend.

Nothing luxurious but it did the trick

Spider webs all over, had to kill multiple bugs daily. Something disgusting at the bottom of the fridge that wasnt clean and on bathroom shower had next to nothing for water pressure.
