About this property

Heart of the village, walk to slopes and easy access to all Keystone amenities

875 sq ft foot condo with upgraded amenities. Features 3 flat-screen TV's, upgrades with granite countertops and plenty of space to sleep 6 comfortably. (Maximum occupancy is 8 guests) Sofa sleeper w/ memory foam and new comforters on both king beds. Total number of parking is 2 cars total. One in garage and one overflow parking right outside unit.

Extra counter space on the upgraded granite kitchen countertop for the cook and bar stools for the onlookers.

Enjoy an easy walk to the gondola and 3 hot tubs to soak in after a long day on the slopes. I personally prefer the dry sauna to sit in after skiing or snowshoeing all day. Heated pool located behind Dakota Lodge. Keep in mind that Arapahoe Basin is only 5 miles up the road should you like to adventure to another resort. Keystone is home to more than a half-dozen excellent restaurants. Book a sleigh or wagon ride out to a cowboy dinner at Keystone Ranch. Visit the spa for a rub down. Come back in the summer for mountain biking, golf two awesome courses or bag your first fourteener.

Condo is in a great spot! Worked perfect for our family of 4. My sons loved the pool table in the lobby and multiple hot tubs! The covered porch was an added bonus. We’d definitely stay here again!

Very clean, comfortable, quiet, & safe - all the things you want. It was unique to stay in the village - something we probably couldn't afford during the ski season. I did call maintenance about some issues, which should be easy to fix. The bigger issue is clean, but worn out carpet - but that may be scheduled for replacement? Oh, and this grey couch has been replaced by a nice leather-looking couch. We also loved having parking in the garage below. A very nice stay. Keystone properties knows how to take care of guests.

Comfortable, close to slopes

We were looking for a good locatrion, short walk to slopes, and this property met our objectives. Comfortable lodging and nice amenities in the building. Check-in was easy, lathough they could have provided better guidance on finding the right area within the very large garage.

It was a great place to stay. Location was great. Businesses seemed to close earlier in the evening during the week which kind of got annoying but overall great. I’d definitely recommend or even stay again

Fantastic Condo

We stayed in this condo last weekend and it was so wonderful. The location was perfect, 2 minute walk to the ski lift. There was so much room, being a two bedroom unit. It was so nice to have a bed for everyone to sleep in. We will definitely book again next season.

Wonderful stay

We loved it here. Exactly as we expected. Clean, neat, with plenty of room. The insulation in the walls must be good because we never heard our neighbors. And we were here 2 1/2 weeks. We would come here again.

Exactly What We Needed

Great location and solid unit. Good size and had all of the smallwares and tools we needed. Unit is in Silver Mill which was right downtown and about 75 yards from the gondola.

Great location.

Pros: location and condo setup was amazing for our family of 4. Cons: check in process a bit complicated, as our name wasn’t on the reservation, it was under the owner. And when we arrived the fridge had a ton of food in it still - pizza/pizza box, cooked breakfast sausage on a plate etc.

Great location and place. It is a little inconvenient to check in a mile from the mountain if you are skiing the day you check-in. The hot tubs were the only disappointment. There was always a line for the hot tubs in the evening and at least one was not working every night.

Great location to restaurants and mountain. Was not pleased that the room was not ready at 4:00 PM. Was not cleaned well. Smelled bad, hair in the bathtub drain, no kitchen garbage bags, no kleenex.
