For your Black Hills vacation we have a beautiful log home/cabin located in the Heart of the Black Hills - between Rapid City and Deadwood. Secluded, rustic, yet easy to access... it has all the modern conveniences. Private access to a mile of North Box Elder Creek. Trout Fishing, Off-Road Trails, Snowmobile Trails, Horseback Riding, Golf, Hiking all within minutes of this new log home. Seasonal hot tub, wood-burning fireplace, outdoor grill, and much more!

An incredibly scenic half-hour drive from skiing in Lead, Deadwood gaming, Sturgis, Custer Peak. Less than an hour from Mt. Rushmore, Terry Peak, Custer State Park. Wild deer, elk, and turkeys live in the woods surrounding the cabin. Walk from the yard right onto National Forest Service land for a true wilderness hike. You won't believe how wonderfully quiet the nights are... and how many stars the night sky holds!

Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting, close to all kinds of trails for side x side rides. Kitchen had everything that you need for making meals.Only suggestion is to bring eye coverage for sleeping as sun comes in early and it only has a curtain and no blinds. Beds are comfy Has two grills but we brought our Blackstone as we like to cook on it. Do not use Rapid City Sam's curb side pickup - missing a bunch of items paid for. Thanks Diamond Dale we would go back again !!

We had a great time house was nice, hot tub was a huge plus everyone had their own rooms. We even used the fire place on the cold evenings. My brother wasn’t able to park his camper in the driveway because of the rain but he found a campground near by so no biggy.

My 2nd time staying at the cabin

It is a beautiful cabin. This time I came back with my sisters. The location was close enough to everywhere we wanted to go but in a very quiet & relaxing spot. Glad there was Wi-Fi in the cabin since Verizon cell service is spotty. Hot tub was awesome too. We all enjoyed our time there!

Great location

Good older cabin. I would mention there are lots of steps and the grass outside grows wild, so not great for yard activities. Other than that, good place, lots of space, AC worked well. Was easy to find and for being away from towns, its an easy drive to all the attractions in many different locations.
