Simply walk across the road to swim, surf, walk the dog, fish, let the children play in the playground or grab a coffee before your beach walk. Sit back and relax on your own wraparound verandah that captures the sea breezes, ocean and park views and watch the world pass by.

This house has a good size living area and kitchen, with both opening to the deck providing indoor and outdoor eating options. There is a large screen TV in the loungeroom and two split system air conditioning units. The kitchen has an electric cooktop (no oven), microwave and breakfast bar. Brand new BBQ on the deck. Rear paved backyard. Double garage plus side access for additional car and boat. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is also an outdoor shower which is great to freshen up after an ocean swim.

Whilst this property does allow you to bring along a pet, all animals must be kept outdoors at all times. Please respect these rules as your pets may inadvertently cause damages and leave lingering smells that are intrusive to other guests, as well as possibly incur charges for the extra cleaning required.
