‘Binnowee’ - (bin-uh-wee) - an Aboriginal word meaning ‘a green place’.
The property can sleep 12 guests in four bedrooms with three bathrooms split in three levels. Thats room for everyone! Come and enjoy the spectacular views of Wallis Lake from almost every room. This tranquil, light-filled house is everything you need for complete relaxation with direct access to the water’s edge. You could spend all day on the daybed on the middle deck watching the local wildlife (pelicans, kookaburras, deer, kangaroos, you may even see a pod of dolphins swim by) followed by the most stunning sunsets. And on a clear night the stargazing is phenomenal.
If you’re feeling more energetic it’s only a short drive to a variety of beaches – there’s one for everyone – kids, surfers, swimmers, snorkelers, even pooches! Oh, and you can bring your well-behaved fur baby to Binnowee (on request), there’s a fully fenced outdoor section for them.

From the first point of contact with the host, this experience was 1st class!
Great communication and so accommodating of our needs.
From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed.
The home, the view, the space, the facilities, the thought and care that has gone into making this truly a home away from home... Just amazing.
Even two days of rain didn't dampen our stay at all.
Cannot recommend enough, just bring your clothes and food, everything else is here! Great sized rooms, enough space for multiple groups to have their own areas, but plenty of living area to fit you all in when it's time to come together.
Hey, the steps are a killer for older or less mobile people, but it didn't bother us.
Access to the water and great waterfront walks, kayaks to use and all things you could ask for to keep you entertained on those rainy days - air hockey, pool, Xbox... Just amazing.
And all this, 10 minutes from Forster and Blueys and Boomerang Beach!
Great spot, great house, great hosts, highly recommend!
