The Zoo House is less than 2 miles from the NC Zoo! It’s a short walk to the new Zoo City Sportsplex, a 10 minute drive to downtown Asheboro, restaurants, shops, theaters, bowling, & miniature golf. Seagrove Pottery area is a 15 minute drive and the Petty Museum is 20 minutes away. Relax at our comfortably furnished home. 200 mbps WiFi , hi-def smart TVs with Netflix in the living room and main bedroom, linens, stocked kitchen, back deck, grill & picnic table.

The house was just as advertised and clean as a whistle. It had everything we needed for a short stay, and the grandkids loved it. It was close to the zoo, which was the purpose for the trip. Owners were very responsive as well, which is always nice.

Zoo House in Asheboro

The property was clean and comfortable, and you could not beat the location! We came to visit the NC Zoo, and it was less than 10 minutes away! If you're going to visit the zoo and need a place to stay, the Zoo House is the way to go!
