This beautifully remodeled condo features a modern kitchen and an abundance of windows that flood the space with natural mountain light. Enjoy views to the north, east, and west. Unwind by the wood-burning fireplace in the cozy living room, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The spacious primary bedroom offers a king bed, while the second and third bedrooms each feature a queen bed, ensuring comfort for all. Each bedroom is complemented by its own en-suite bathroom for added convenience and privacy. The private, covered balcony off of the bedroom offers a peaceful retreat. Note: The living room does NOT have a sleeper sofa.

Exterior building construction will be ongoing through the summer of 2025.

The condo was great! We had plenty of space and each bedroom having a connected bath was handy for the group. Short walk to the bus stop and the gondola. We enjoyed the stay very much!

Great Family Ski Trip Location

Great place for our family ski trip in Beaver Creek. 3 minute walk to the Avon Gondola made it so easy to make first tracks. Loved having three restaurants, liquor store and ski shop in the building! So convenient. Want to return to this condo for sure.

3bed/3bath - Quick walk to Gondola - Adult Ski Trip 2024

Had a great time in this condo. From large bedrooms to each having their own bathroom and a wood fireplace to warm us after a long day on the slopes. This unit was excellent. A quick walk to the gondola made for easy access to the lifts to start and end the day avoiding the rush in the Beaver Creek village. Highly recommend this for your next stay.

Just Perfect!

There are lots of positives about this property. The easy on/off to the interstate, the restaurants that are located in the building, and ultimately the "hominess" of the property itself, especially the wood-burning fireplace on a snowy winter night. The property is roomy and well equipped. (Note: lighting could be a little better, but that's minor.) it was perfect for our needs and within our budget. Check in and departure were simple. Thank you!

The kitchen and family room were updated and very nice. The location was very nice and made it easy to get to the shuttle as well as enjoy a meal right downstairs. The beds were just ok, the pillows were awful and I wished I had brought my own. The bathrooms were dated, but clean and plenty of hot water.

Great location and clean

The location was fantastic: 2 minute walk to a shuttle to Beavercreek or Vail, and 3 minute walk to the Riverfront Express Gondola. The condo was clean and well furnished, albeit quite dated. The kitchen is upgraded, but the bathrooms seem original (circa 1980). In addition, the lighting in the various rooms is completely insufficient. Overall, though, it worked well for me and 2 friends.

Breath of fresh air!

Just off the interstate, at the foot of Beaver Creek Resort, you’ll find this nice little condo nestled in the middle of anything that you might need. Our family of 4 adults and 2 kiddos had more than enough room to kick back and relax. The place had everything we needed except food. We filled the fridge, used about everything in the kitchen to prepare meals, and dined as a family at the large dining table. Of course, my favorite part of each day was early in the morning while everyone was sleeping. I took my coffee to the balcony and watched the sunrise from behind the mountains. Great vacation and a very nice place to stay.

Good week in Avon

Property location was great in relation to getting to the gondola. Property was very spacious and provided ample space for 4 adults, skis/boots/ski gear. Plenty of space to stretch out at the end of the day. Kitchen was updated and bright. Would have appreciated a few little things such as several rolls of paper towels (not just one), hand soap for the kitchen and bathrooms, complementary laundry detergent for the coin operated machines in hallway. The lighting in the unit should definitely be updated...bit of a challenge getting ready in the dimly lit bedrooms. Beds slept nicely...mattresses were good. We could not locate where the recycling was housed and this is something we value; so, it would have been great to have been able to recycle during our stay. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: pretty run down place carpet pieces over the existing carpets in the halls the entire place had 24" televisions TV in tone of the bedrooms didn't work No washer/dryer in the unit Big sell on the pool and hot tub but you had to walk two blocks to use it !! Walk to gondola was NOT a few hundred feet more like 1/2 mile WAY too much per night for this unit. Stayed in much newer, nicer places for less

Late feb ski trip

Location of building was very good for us, since it is in the middle of Avon. The good: each room had its own bathroom, modern kitchen with all ammenities, great building security and covered parking and in secured garage. Unit has fireplace with logs . The comforters are super warm. The bad: The hdmi cable for our tv in the master was not working. The shower head is very low, will hit your chest if u r tall. Restrooms r a tad dated. Can use an update. I was expecting larger screen tv in the main living room area which should be much larger. All in all we liked it the unit and are providing an unbiased assesment of the experience. Price was reasonable considering it is a 3 bdroom.

Family ski Trip

Great Vrbo! Would stay here again. Lots of room, Kitchen well equipped, Loved the real wood burning fire place, and the convenience to Vail and Beaver Creek. The only slight negative is the mattresses need upgrading. But Overall great place!!!!

Beautiful condo, well located for Beaver Creek

Loved our stay, it was further from the Gondola than we thought so we ended up driving to avoid shuttling with other people. The condo was great, wonderful updates, well-equipped kitchen. Very spacious place that was also super clean. Easy access to many great restaurants as well - some of our regular favorites. We felt very safe here and were happy we found this great spot.

The access to the rec center for pool, hot tub, and gym was not convenient enough for us to use, but it you were willing to walk 2 blocks for a hot tub, the facilities were nice. Management was great and very responsive. The walk to gondola was 2 minutes and very accessible with easy green run access for beginner skiers.Liquor store, ski rental, and restaurants in the building were a huge bonus. Highly recommend.

Roomy 3 bedroom just a short walk from gondola

Large, comfortable and clean unit. 2 good restaurants and a sports bar on property. Convenient to gondola. We parked the car, then didn't drive again until we left. Would have preferred a gas fireplace and larger beds (plenty of room for kings...).
