Why they chose this property

Whitewood Cottage is a former school/dancehall/church brought to the site 100yrs ago by a team of bullocks. We purchased the cottage and large hall next door in dire need of renovation.

What makes this property unique

It is close to everything the Scenic Rim has to offer including Wedding Venues.
Roasted coffees are only a 200m stroll through the leafy village to the bakery and tavern a little further down.

Getting around
You’re a short drive to everything The Scenic Rim has to offer! Nature walks, mountain hiking, country markets, pubs & pizza, rose & lavender farms with restaurants, dams allowing motorised water sport. Try a Glider flight!

I would suggest a visit to Story Tree Boonah or Scenic Wandering Foods. All the food is made on premises at both of these cafes with quality ingredients. While in Boonah Visit the many little shops and the 80yo Maynards clothing store.

The Aratula Tavern serves up great food and is not your average Pub. Paul and Alli are a super couple, Paul a VG chef.

Take a drive to Laurenvale Estate Tarome, one of our wedding venues - the views are amazing all the way to NSW and you will drive alongside the Great Diving Range.
