Great Cabin Charm

Awesome Experience

This property is just as advertised with nice furniture, comfortable beds, clean sheets, and all the kitchen tools you'll need to cook. Plus it was super close to the village. Really had a great time.

Just great!

Super easy. We’ll appointed kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable. Bathrooms clean and well supplied with linens. Parking was easy and close. Not quite walking distance to mountain or village but we saw some people doing it. Overall great. Would stay again.

Great for smaller families with young children

Condo on lower level, no stairs. Contactless check in and out, keyless entry. Leather seating surfaces, hardwood and tile flooring. TV, WiFi, fireplace, and bedroom heaters all worked great.

Dog House

Liked the condo amenities of the entire complex. Nice Jacuzzi, game room etc... The unit we stayed in was dirty, way outdated, leaking faucets and just not a pleasant stay. It was pet friendly, but no excuse for being dirty and run down.

It was as described. Great central location, good amount of space, would recommend. Parking was fine for our 1 car but during a busy weekend and for more than 1 car might be a bit tight. Showers and appliances worked well. A few loose towel racks but nothing major or impactful. Uphill walk to Canyon lodge but definitely doable. Easy walk down to The Village.

Great stay with a few disappointments

The place was very clean, in a great location (walking distance to Canyon) and there was a perfect amount of space for 4 people. However, the internet was very spotty and we would have to constantly reset the router to watch a movie via our fire stick. There’s not a smart tv, so recommend bringing a fire stick or an Apple TV. They didn’t provide firewood for the fireplace or basic amenities like salt, pepper, tin foil and ziplock bags. The provided knives were very dull and made it difficult to prepare food. The shower in the guest bathroom kept coming off it’s tracks. These are basic amenities that one would expect when paying such a premium for a VRBO.

It is located on the balcony, but is covered with a tarp to help with the snow. I did confirm with my staff it is fully stocked. I'm sorry you didn't see it! I'll forward the comments regarding salt and pepper, as we do actually also provide that. We find that during stays, items travel from condo to condo, or just disappear altogether. We'll make sure to get those replaced. Anytime you find that you may be missing something or have an issue with the condo, please don't hesitate to reach out. Pros: Great location- close to slopes eagle and canyon, bus stop to the slopes or village very close, short drive to vons Parking is free and easy Communication with the rental office was very easy and staff were very friendly and helpful. Heater worked really well Cons: It’s a downstairs unit so can hear upstairs walking. Some kitchen utensils and pots are old Overall would stay again and recommend.

Misleading description online+Poor communication

We had to email numerous times to inquire about the check-in process. Online description misled our family into thinking that there would be a large selection of board games and working internet. My husband relies on the internet for work. Unfortunately, neither one of these were provided. Internet was terrible! Patchy at best. Games provided were missing pieces and falling apart. We asked numerous times for a humidifier. This unit did not provide any. Over-all would not recommend staying here.

Great location right next to free public transit, nice property, and hosts were very accommodating to a special need that we had. Condo even had a working fireplace with stocked wood, newspaper and fat wood (a first in my experience!) Overall really great experience; eager to go back and would recommend to anyone

Great place to stay

Family of 4, beds and pillows were very comfortable, the place was super clean, the couch super comfortable to watch movies. Very convenient walk to the village and mammoth brewery. We did laundry at their facility (very easy, they have change and pods at the desk). The pool and spa looked great (but we didn't have time), and the rec room with pool table and ping pong looked fun. All in all a great place, would return.
