Modern, Light & Warm Central Warkworth Suit
Private unit with its own bathroom, kitchenette, and private entrance. It is modern, light & warm. Located in central Warkworth, this is easy walking distance from the local shops, cafes & new bus services.
Just 10 min drive from exotic beaches and beautiful towns like Matakana.
We look forward to having you in our home and enjoying your stay in our beautiful town as much as we do.
Please note, This unit would suit those who are looking for a convenient location, hospitable hosts, clean, private, modern and comfortable facilities. This is not for you if you are after a quiet secluded retreat for your getaway.
We have a toddler and a preschooler and being a downstairs unit you will sometimes hear the activities of the family. We are aware of this and want you to sleep comfortably, and consequently are trying to ensure that the house has minimal noise until 7am.
Just 10 min drive from exotic beaches and beautiful towns like Matakana.
We look forward to having you in our home and enjoying your stay in our beautiful town as much as we do.

A nice little romantic spot in the heart of Warkworth. Lovely host very helpful. Highly recommend and would come again.

Great host; Value for money
Friendly hosts who have a nice property at a great price. Recommend 1) replacing glass entrance door with solid door for privacy, 2) improving insulation to reduce noise from the nearby state highway and the dwelling upstairs, and 3) providing hair dryer and iron as extra creature comfort facilities. We'd happily stay with Hugo and Rose in the future!
