The Space:
In one of the quietest streets of the Grandview Heights Historic District, Nini's cottage has recently been completely renovated and expanded with a beautiful front porch for outdoor living and dining. The house features 3 bedrooms (king bed in the master, queen bed in other bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room, den/office, a modern kitchen, laundry facilities, an expansive outside dining/living area with ceiling fans and a private pool. There is cable TV in the living room and master bedroom.

There is also a large fully detached, fully furnished, and equipped 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom cabana that has been meticulously restored and updated with a kitchen/living/dining room and an upscale bathroom (with separate laundry room).

Good to Know Before You Book:

Pet Policy:
This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.

Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.

House Rules:
Thanks for treating this home like your own - no parties, events, or receptions are allowed. Smoking is not permitted at this property.

Same-Day Bookings:

Pool Heat:
Pool heating is available during the winter months for an additional $20 per day. After booking, you’ll have the opportunity to confirm if you'd like this added to your reservation and submit payment.
