About this property

Just 2hrs from Auckland!Come swim, surf & fish while relaxing at Waipu Cove.

Kauri Villa with all day sun. Simple but with everything you need, the classic kiwi Bach.
Relax on the wrap around veranda and take in the sounds of the waves and birds singing.
Comfortable 3 bedroom house, open lounge and dining with fire place to keep you cozy on those cooler evenings.
Fenced section with lots of green grass to throw a frisbee or throw back a drink. Safe for children to play.

Take a short 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach to cool off in the surf and enjoy the sun.

Cafe and Dairy in short walking distance from front gate. Waipu town 10mins up the road with everything else you may need.

Beds can be made up on request

Sadly due to our lovely quiet location, phone reception isn’t always the best. However just pop across to the beach or the nearby cafe and it won’t be a problem for any of those important calls.

You will share the property with a Gottage on back of section, which is sometime occupied by the owners.

We can’t wait to share our little slice of paradise with you.

Clean & characterful old villa, very comfortable beds & friendly hosts! Great location for the fabulous beach & just a short walk to shop/restaurant. The basics in the cupboard (tea/coffee etc.) could be replenished and the wifi signal isn't good but we had a lovely break!

We had a lovely stay in this character-filled cottage over the Auckland Anniversary weekend. The beach is within close proximity, as is the Waipu Cove cafe/restaurant and dairy. Sue and her family were warm and attentive in making sure things were OK. Thanks so much! 😊

We had a quick 2 night get away with our 3yr old. Everything we needed was provided and plenty of space for kids to run around safely. Easy access to the beach. Will enjoy again for sure.

Brilliant stay

Easy lovely stay - quiet large house with everything you need - perfect location - owners so friendly and helpful - would 100% stay again 😀 Side note- phone reception for vodafone a little off on (all around waipu cove) but there is now fibre internet and that works great!

Have been going to Waipu Cove for three generations so very found of the area.
Husband and children have been members of Waipu Surf Club for a long time. My husband is know a life member of WSLSC. we enjoy the family community friendly people. All the thing we can do at beach with grandchild and show them a great way of life can be had in New Zealand. Love letting people enjoy our Villa and having a great break at our favourite place to relax.
