Fantastic Location

Perfect location to walk to the Sun Valley Stadium. It was nice to stay at a condo with so much room for the six of us. Loved the balcony and the option to set up rooms the way we wanted.

Great Location & Lay-Out

Would absolutely recommend 1453. Very short walk to the bus stop to access everything in Ketchum et al. Fully functional kitchen & the 3 bed / 3 bath was key. Only downside is that check-in is clunky - you have to go to an office in Ketchum to get the keys, but overall 9.5/10 would do again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very small bathrooms and dated. Signs by the thermostat to keep the temperature at 40 degrees......since the owner thinks the fireplace gives enough heat. Really? Only 4 soup spoons in the kitchen, so glad we didn't have 5 people in our group.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good value for 3 BR 3 BA. Condo was nice but furniture was not as pictured, we thought we were in the wrong unit when we arrived. Parking was limited and further from the unit than expected.
