Townhome on Private Street Near Bike Path, River Run and Town.

Private, spacious townhouse located on a dead-end street is just steps away from bike path and the bus stop to River Run and it's Gondola! The many windows and high ceilings provide you with a view of the White Clouds and the private back yard is great for sun-bathing.
Jump on the bike path for a short walk to downtown Ketchum , x-country skiing or biking. A ten minute walk gets you to the trailhead for a great hike up Baldy Mountain with great views of the town or fishing in the Wood River! The townhouse features a large living room, dining area with window-seat, cook-friendly kitchen, deck with barbeque, bedroom with two twin beds and separate bath all on the top floor.
Located downstairs is the large master bedroom with it's king bed and seating area opening through french doors to a private English country garden back yard and complimented with walk-in closets and full master bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and private bath. Off the entryway is a laundry room and access to the garage which has ski or bike storage.
You can bike or walk to the new YMCA to enjoy their great facilities or walk 2 blocks to take the kids to the playground at Hemingway School. Open up the french doors and enjoy a meal on the deck with family and friends ( inquire about information on caterers).
We are 3 blocks from the center of Ketchum with a plethora of restaurants and cosmopolitan shops. About 1 mile and you're at the riding center to enjoy a picturesque trail ride. We're 2 miles from the new golf and x-country clubhouse with its family-friendly 18 hole putting course. Just down from the golf course is the gun club with expert instruction in trap and skeet shooting as well as sporting clays. During the summer pack your picnic k basket with 'goodies' and take in the free symphony or one of the many musical venues offered in the area.
From the house you can walk 3 blocks to River Run and enjoy a gondola ride, mountain biking, hiking and the fun
spider bungee jump or take a paragliding ride. Also our friendly trout can be found feeding in the nearby river by the lucky angler.
Remember we say 'come for the winter but stay for the summer,' you can enjoy everything from this unique location!

John and Patsy were very responsive to all of our questions, both before and during our visit. Super fast replies. The property is very clean. We did comment to John that the living room TV was pretty small, but it is difficult to figure out where to put a larger TV. I believe he is going to put in a larger one in the property soon.

perfect location and amenities. The house was as listing described and it was nice to have the kitchen fully stocked with all normal cooking utinsils, appliances, and spices so truly living in the space was like a home away from home. Location can't be beat and in mellow times we enjoyed sitting on the comfy couches and using the puzzles provided.

Beautiful Townhome!

Such a beautiful townhome and feels more like a house! Completely stocked with the best sheets and bedding and can easily cook many meals in the fully stocked kitchen! Location is the best with a quick walk to town and the trail just outside the door. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! Quiet little street, close to everything. We loved the walking path behind the townhome and had a lot of fun walking around the neighborhood. Very spacious rental, with high ceilings and lots of light. Owners were very responsive and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

While working in the healthcare industry for over 25 years in the Seattle area, we vacationed everywhere both summer and winter. We tried pretty much everything (except skydiving) . After several years skiing in Sun Valley, a friend invited us to come for a summer vacation. A fun-filled week of riding, tennis, hiking and learning to fly-fish, hooked us! Our years of searching for a 2nd home was over. We enjoy downhill and x-country skiing in the winter. Summer months are filled with golf, biking,hiking, shooting, & fly-fishing. John hunts with our 4 year old wired-hair pointing griffon and last year Patsy tried rock-climbing at the City of Rocks! The mixture of 'cowboy country' and 'cosmopolitan chic' in this community is why 4 years ago we retired here!
