Welcome to the Perfect Escape!

This home has an open concept kitchen, perfect for cooking on the beautiful summer nights. Imagine the sliding glass door open with the smell of the fresh Northern Michigan air breezing through.
On the main floor, you will find the first bedroom, den (additional bedroom), living room, one full bathroom and two half bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. Upstairs there is where you will locate the other two bedrooms. Just outside and down the driveway is the Boyne River, perfect for fishing! You will find this home perfectly located with less than a 5-minute drive to Boyne Mountain Resort and just miles from Charlevoix or Petoskey. You and your family are bound to make great memories and get the true "Up North" experience.
This cottage is also perfectly located for soccer tournaments, lacrosse, etc.

Space: 4 Bedrooms with 1 Full Bath and 2 Half Baths.
Please note that all pets must be house and crate trained.
While we do our best to have the driveway plowed, salted and sanded during the winter months, a 4WD/AWD vehicle and/or winter tires may be necessary for full use of the driveway. Please contact us with any questions regarding this.
*Pets Allowed with a Non-Refundable Fee, charged separately if booking on a 3rd party site.

This was a fantastic house to stay at in Northern Michigan. It was clean and well kept, had all the little things you don't think of that were available for use. Things like pans and cooking utensils were there and available. They were clean and in good condition. Comfortable home and a nice wooded setting. Plenty of sleeping (we had 5) with enough room to not step on each other. Overall this was an excellent place to stay.

Small, cozy cabin with lots of sleeping space. Off the beaten path, which is nice if you want to get away from it all. Hiking and fishing is very convenient. Short drive into downtown Boyne City for shops and restaurants.

Charming

3 generations together for a baseball tournament; location selected because it was pet friendly. We were so pleasantly surprised by the decor with interesting items in every room. The kitchen was well supplied (except measuring cups, so we bought some and donated). There was ample space for everyone to be comfortable…we had 3 couples and a 13 year old. Wonderful stay.

Cozy cabin

This was our first time visiting Northern Michigan and couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations. The cabin was absolutely perfect, it had everything to make our stay enjoyable. We would love to come back!

Cute Ski Chalet

Located very close to Boyne Mountain it was an adorable ski chalet perfect for one to families. The rooms were big enough to spread out and everything felt very cozy. Everything you needed was provided. We had a really nice stay.

Perfect location. Minutes into town but just far enough away to feel like you’re really in nature. Only recommendation we have is to upgrade the mattress in the 2nd floor bedroom with en suite powder room.

Nice cabin in the woods

It’s definitely an older cabin that could use some updating but it was in a quiet area, close to multiple cities and fishing. It’s dog friendly which is so nice!!! There were board games and chairs around the firepit.

We loved it here and will 100% be back! Cozy, clean, cute! Minutes from Boyne City and Family fare and the lake if you need anything right down the road from the perfect fishing spot too if you are a fly fisher! We will be back!

Cabin the woods

Overall a great experience! We really enjoyed watching the deer walking through the backyard. The house was perfectly secluded where we had enough time to enjoy each others company
