Chris and I are house fans! In addition to our Laguna beach house, we manage ski condos in Mammoth Lakes, and longer term rentals in Phoenix, Arizona.
Why they chose this property
We love our beach cottage. It is close enough to walk to the beach, but far enough up the hill that we have these fabulous views with sunsets every night. The house, built in 1920, was one of the original houses on the hill, so we have tried to maintain the original character while updating it with today's comforts.
