Beautiful beach/ocean front north-end renovated condo

Post-Hurricane Ian and Milton fully renovated, this beautiful first-floor condo at Vacation Villas awaits you with "A Perfect View" of the Gulf of Mexico, the white sand beach, and Sanibel Island in the distance. Situated at the very tip of the quiet, north-end of the island next to Bowditch Park, you will enjoy the sound of the water and the beauty of the sunsets from your 26' private screened lanai

This location is one of a kind. Vacation Villas is a privately owned building on the no-hassle traffic north end of Fort Myers Beach. Times Square is a short 15-minute beach walk or sidewalk stroll, or you can pick up the trolley that stops right outside the building to take you to all the dining, evening entertainment and shopping that downtown Fort Myers Beach offers.

Our condo has a king-sized bed in the master suite, with a full bath and a Gulf view walk-out balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with the second full bath nearby. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and smart flat-screen TVs with a full channel line-up including local stations provided for your stay. Hair dryers and bar soap are provided in each of the bathrooms.

Cook in the spectacular kitchen with granite counter tops which is equipped with new stainless-steel appliances, and a vast assortment of bowls, cookware, gadgets, flatware and utensils to create that great beach meal. Attached and adjacent to your kitchen are a breakfast bar and dining table so family and friends can be together while meals are made in your kitchen away from home.

The living room includes seating for up to six with a 55-inch flat screen TV and wireless Sony surround sound stereo that you can hook up to your own device. A desk and wireless printer are available for your use. Through the living room and master bedroom you can enter the 26-foot beach front private balcony to enjoy the glow of the sunrise with your morning coffee or the amazing sunsets and a late-night beverage. You have a panoramic unobstructed view of the white sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

Relax on the lanai with the ceiling fan on or go out to the beach with the beach towels, chairs, umbrella and coolers that are available for your use. There you can watch the beach and water activities pass right in front of you. If swimming in a pool is more to your liking, our building offers a large community heated pool. Outside on the beautiful grounds there are two gas grills for community use.

Managed by the owners, our home-away-from-home is ready for you to enjoy the perfect Florida beach vacation. The condo is super clean -- cleanliness is our priority! Come see for yourself and please read our reviews before the hurricanes (we have been out of commission for 2.5 years)...9 years and counting of 5-star ratings!!

Additional amenities include:
•Games, cards, other beach toys, and an air pump is available if you buy rafts for the gulf or pool. A "share box" of beach toys is also available on the ground floor.
•Washer/dryer in unit, with laundry basket and detergent, and general cleaning supplies in kitchen and bathrooms. Ironing board and iron also provided.
•In the kitchen, assorted spices, salt & pepper, and oils to share.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE CONDO OR ON THE LANAI AT ANY TIME, and no pets are permitted. Violation will result in termination of the rental, and an assessment of a minimum $300 damage charge.

Weekly rentals - check in/check out on Saturdays. Please inquire for stays less than one week.

First off Holly the owner was amazing from start to finish . This was our first time ever renting from VRBO . We were so impressed.! The property is beautiful. If you’re looking for tranquility , quietness and just a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the sunshine this is the condo you need to rent. The condo has everything you could ever possibly want or need and the views are spectacular!. We had an amazing time and look forward to our future visits.

The best place we have stayed. Plenty of towels, plates and silverware etc. we had everything needed to cook so we hardly ate out and that is not typical. We didn’t want to leave to even eat out because it was so homey

The condo and view are breathtaking. Everything necessary is provided and it truly is a home away from home. The beach is very close and the large screened lanai provides a comfortable outdoor spot. Holly is extremely quick to respond with any questions you might have. The outdoor private pool is very nice. The condos are also very quiet.

A Little Slice of Paradise!From the moment we walked in, we knew this condo was something special. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had absolutely everything we could ever need. Spacious. Updated. Great location. Right on the beach on quiet side of FMB, but close enough to restaurants (Dixie Fish was one of our favs). Grocery stores close by (both on island and off). The owners treat the place more like a home then a hotel with the amenities provided. Pool just reopened and it felt great! My kids loved it. Holly was great to work with and our kids already want to come back!

Can I give it more than 5 Stars? Absolute perfection. This property is on the North end of Ft Meyers Beach where quiet privacy is abundant. If you are looking for nightlife right out front, it's likely not for you.There was a free tram car running while there so getting the mile to the square was not an issue if we didn't want to walk.The property is a quiet (very few folks around) beachfront, updated, clean, and has everything you need at your fingertips. I have been using VRBO for years and Holly is hands down the best property manager I've ever worked with. She is always around (on phone) yet not intrusive in any way. We anticipate being back for years to come. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Everything was near perfect. Holly is one of the best hosts we have worked with. Property is basically brand new. The Lanai was our favorite. Huge and screened in so no bugs. View is spectacular. Has beach toys, chairs, etc. Stocked with almost anything you need. They were still waiting for the renovated pool to be cleared for use but it looks great. We didn’t really miss it. Walk right out on to the private beach. Best location on the beach in my opinion. Thanks for a great stay Holly. We will be back.

Family vacation Ft Myers Beach 2022

Let me start with Holly the owner, she is an awesome host. Her condo was fantastic!! Any communications with her were quick and easy. The unit was very well stocked with all the beach toys and chairs you could need. The unit is well maintained and well stocked with linens and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We give her 5 stars!!

Beautiful place with stunning views! And just as good was Holly the host. We had zero issues but did have a couple minor requests and Holly was very quick to respond and couldn't have been more accommodating. The place has been updated and is in excellent condition. Great location, about a 12-15 minute walk to Times Square and the free tram stops right next door at Bowditch Park. (Pro tip: Get up early and walk across the street into Bowditch and watch the sun rise over the back bay and skybridge). We've been to Ft Myers many times over the years but hadn't stayed there since before Ian. Ian hit this little beach town hard and they still have a ways to go but I'd say it's back with plenty to see, do & places to eat and those sunsets can't be beat. The entire condo is very well appointed, everything you need to cook even had ziplocs, foil and spices (we added to the inventory). Towels & linens were great.I couldn't recommend this place and the host more.

This was the best VRBO rental we have stayed in and we have stayed in many. We enjoyed 2 weeks of perfect weather, with gorgeous sunsets every night and warm temperatures. The condo was clean and everything we needed was there ever beach and camp chairs and chargers for our electronics! Holly was great to deal with and was always available. We highly recommend this place for anyone wanting great beach views in a quiet location on Fort Myers Beach. We hope we can be back next year!!

Holly was very accommodating, checked to ensure we were in without issues and to see if we needed anything.bbshe has everything you will need for the time of your life. There is a book with anything you may have a question about. Very relaxing amazing view quiet location. Right by a trolley pick up and boat tour pick up. We will be back.

Best decision ever!!!

Holly had me at "26 foot lanai." And it was simply glorious. We spent a lot of time out there and enjoyed the fabulous view. The apartment itself was amazing too. It was beautifully decorated and nicely appointed with everything you could possibly need. Holly was such a sweetheart throughout our entire stay and even the weeks leading up to it. This was our very first VRBO rental and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else on Fort Myers beach. It really is the perfect location!! We will definitely be staying here again should we need lodging in the future! You won't be disappointed!!

Excellent Spot on Estero Island!!

Just as all the other reviews say, this is an incredible little spot at Fort Meyers Beach!!! Fantastic host, super clean & extremely comfortable. The condo was close enough to the action yet also far enough away to relax at our own pace when we weren't at the baseball fields for our son's tournament. Perfect - we would definitely return!

Beautiful condo at the quiet part of beach

First time coming to Fort Myers Beach. This property was perfect for us. Very good amenities and we had everything we needed for the beach from towels to chairs to coolers. Did not have to worry about anything. Condo was very comfortable and the view from the lanai was beautiful. Beach area was quiet but not to far was a place to rent jet skis, kayaks etc if you chose to do that. Not too far from center of town where stores and restaurants are located but away from crowds. Holly was a great host who responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect for the 3 of us. Loved being at the north end away from the huge beach crowds. The condo was great. Clean and comfortable. Was great having everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Why they chose this property

We made our first visit to Fort Myers Beach in 1990 and stayed at a nearby hotel. After discovering this building and the its unique location at the tip of the north-end of the island we were fortunate to find a rental in the building and/or one very nearby and made this our destination every year since. In the spring of 2015 during our annual visit, by coincidence, we discovered this two-bedroom unit was for sale. It had only one owner and had never been rented. We thought it was fate, and the rest is history.

What makes this property unique

We love the location and the "Perfect View." With extensive remodeling and all new furnishings, we have made it our home away from home with all the amenities we find in our own home and those we have come to appreciate in the condos we have rented over the past thirty-five years.
