In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 10, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 6.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental, located in Vanderhorst Plantation, boasts four bedrooms, gorgeous views of tidal marsh and Cinder Creek, and a private pool. The home is located behind the second gate of Kiawah and is a 10-minute bike ride to the beach.

This home has the finest finishes throughout and was professionally decorated and furnished by a top NYC designer. Walk through the front door and immediately notice the hardwood floors, reclaimed wood ceiling beams, shiplap walls, built-in custom cabinetry, TV, large windows, and wet bar with copper sink, built-in wine cooler, and icemaker in the living area. An open floor plan allows easy flow to the dining area, which has a table and chairs that seat 10. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features subway tile and a large center island with barstool seating for 4.

The first-floor primary suite features a king-sized bed, TV, and a beautiful spacious private bathroom with a walk-in shower and two sinks. Upstairs, you will find three additional bedrooms, all with updated private bathrooms. The second and third bedrooms feature king-sized beds, and the fourth bedroom features two full-over-full bunk beds. There is also a second living area with a queen sleeper sofa, full bathroom, TV, and wet bar with mini fridge.

Outside, the screened porch, covered porch, back deck, fenced-in backyard, and private pool invite you to sit back and unwind. Whether you are watching TV on the screened porch, dining al fresco at the table, cooking with the gas grill on the back deck, or swimming in the pool, you will enjoy the beautiful creek and marsh views.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests can enjoy a friendly game of ping-pong in the garage area.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 12’ by 22’. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $100 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
