This beautiful, detached property, with stunning views, is located within easy walking distance of all amenities, together with the lovely promenade which stretches from one end of Playa Blanca to the other, making it a perfect setting for a fantastic getaway. INTERIOR The front door, accessed from the sun terrace, enters straight into the bright and spacious living/dining room. Living/Dining Room: The spacious living room provides an L-shaped comfortable sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV with TV internet system providing BBC/ITV/CH4&5 etc, together with all Sky Channels, Box Sets and Films. Wifi is also provided at no additional cost. A round, glass dining table provides inside dining for 4. There is a small computer desk with office chair and printer, for those who can't leave work behind. There are two doors that open in to a family shower room and the kitchen. A staircase leads up to the bedrooms and two further shower rooms. Kitchen/Utility Area: A fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, hob and dishwasher, together with kettle, toaster and all utensils, crockery and cutlery necessary for a self catering holiday. There is additional inside dining for 4. A door, to one side, leads to the utility area, where you will find the fridge/freezer and a further door, on the other side, leads out to the sun and pool terrace. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 King size bed with bedside tables and lamps together with a chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes. Gorgeous sea views from the window. En-suite shower room with modern, large walk in shower with screen, WC and hand basin with vanity mirror. Bedroom 2 King size bed with bedside tables and lamps. Hanging rail and chest of drawers. Family Bathroom 1 (Ground Floor) Modern shower room with spacious walk in shower with hand rails and screen, WC and hand basin with vanity mirror. EXTERIOR Pool and Sun Terraces: With stunning views across the ocean to Fuerteventura, the well thought out landscaped garden and pool area has lovely artificial grass and terraces for sunbathing, with sunbeds and al-fresco, shaded dining for 6. The private swimming pool (electrically heated, November to April inclusive), is approximately 8m x 4m in size and 1.5m in depth (excluding step area) with Roman steps for easy access. A tasteful, modern, built in BBQ is provided for the chef in the family. OTHER INFORMATION Location: Just a couple of minutes walk to the beautiful sea front promenade and then on to the Papagayo Beach in one direction and the Marina Rubicón in the other. The exclusive Marina in Playa Blanca has a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts a shopping centre and an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities. Parking and Accessibility: There is off and on road parking. Cleaning Service: Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Second time staying here, love this villa, it has the best view. it’s starting to need a few upgrades, aircon is needed, fridge freezer opens the wrong way and showers flood easily, sunbeds are very uncomfortable, make sure you use the 4 covers ! Six sunbeds. Small things but would make a difference.

Lovely villa warm pool perfect location. Supermarket 5 mins walk well stocked. Indian restaurent next to supermarket.Marina 10 min walk along the coast. Nice flat path beautiful views Everything you could need in the villa 2 double beds were a bit hard to lie on .Enjoyed our stay and booking again for next year.
Amazing location! sea view and a minute walk to the "promenade" to walk into Rubicon. No need for a car. Shops so local and Playa Blanca easier walkable in 30 min

Great time enjoyed by all, just a couple of little things, we bought plastic glasses for outdoor use as it’s much safer than glass and should really be included. Also the glassware in the villa is much too fine and easily broken.
Apart from that the villa, pool outdoor area was fabulous but as the sun moved around could do with more privacy from next door!

Reasonable property but holiday marred by being burgled
Villa was reasonable. Outside space and pool good. Holiday was ruined when we were burgled on night 9. Electronic equipment taken with no mess so we felt targeted (our opinion). Gained access through window half way up stairs on side of property exposed to wasteland.Maintenance had been in 2 days previous (unannounced) to check windows and repair downstairs sink. Alarm not set when we arrived (instructions said it would be) so we didn’t think to nor feel need to use it. After burglary owner suggested we set alarm but it wasn’t working and we had 2 days where it couldn’t be turned off when we returned. Owner insisted it was working but also one evening, he thought police had been called and he couldn’t stop them, so we had to wait up to see but no one turned up. After 2 days a new fob was delivered which fixed the alarm issue. I’ve always felt safe in PB but I notice there are other similar burglaries in other parts of the resort, which can be the case at home or any part of the world. Owner did pay minimal compensation but hardly enough for 4 of us to get a pizza and beer each!

We are glad that, overall, you liked the villa and outside area. We are sorry that you have rated this so low because your stay was understandably marred by the burglary. Unfortunately, when a window is left unlocked/open, opportunists can strike. When we met, I explained about the security check and repair of the sink and apologised for the miscommunication, but when faulty window locks are reported, as they had been in this case, it is a priority to address, which it was.
As we cannot be held responsible for such an upsetting occurrence, the £100 given to you was gesture of goodwill to cover the £100 travel insurance excess that you had. I appreciate that it wasn't the £1,000 that you originally asked me for, thinking that was the amount of your insurance excess, (with the inference, that it would avoid you leaving a negative review, from which people could drawn their own conclusions), but, after I asked for the insurance paperwork, and you discovering that this was your home insurance excess and not your travel insurance, we felt it a fair gesture of goodwill to show our absolute sympathy to the situation and to confirm that we do take customer service very seriously.
Once again, we are very sorry of your overall experience but sincerely hope that this does not prevent you revisiting Playa Blanca in the future, as it is a beautiful part of Lanzarote.
