Beautiful newly upgraded condo on Venice Island. One king size bed in a sizable master bedroom with 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. Full kitchen and dining area, flat screen TV with cable and internet service. Condo community pool. Tennis courts, movie theatre and lots of restaurants and shopping minutes away. Venice beach is a nice walk or bike ride away as well as Sharkey's Fishing Pier and Lakes of Venice Golf course. Siesta Key Beach approximately 16 miles, Nokomis Beach and the Jettys about 2 miles. Walking distance to the Venice Base where many festivals take place. Condo has everything you will need to enjoy your stay plus beach items such as a rolling cooler and beach towels.

I’m from north of Pittsburgh and always like vacationing on the gulf coast. So many different beaches and i just love the clear blue water. Decided to buy a condo before retirement because a girlfriend lives in Nokomis and I liked the area. My brother also lives in Venice so it makes things even nicer!

Why they chose this property

This property is in a great location if you like beaches. It is centrally located on the Gulf of Mexico (America) and 25 min from Siesta Key, 1 1/2 hrs.from Naples going south and Tampa going north, with several beaches a few miles in either direction. It is also a great location to bike ride with the Legacy Trail nearby and bike rentals near the property. `
