This beautiful private villa is located on a hillside enjoying spectacular views across the valley, including the Sea of Denia.

The private pool and terrace area are wonderful, not only private but very peaceful and the view is amazing. You will relax as soon as you arrive here and we are confident you will not be disappointed. The terrace is south facing and has the sun all day from 10am until it goes down.

The newly grouted pool (2024) is surrounded by astro turf, 6 sun loungers,3 parasols, side tables and new pool towels have been provided.

A lot of attention has been taken to ensure this villa is like a home from home. In 2023 the villa was renovated quite extensively. New fully fitted kitchen with all new appliances, new floor tiles throughout, some windows replaced, new beds & furniture, new curtains and soft furnishings. It is most important to us that our guests experience the best holiday we can offer in our beautiful home from home.

In 2025 the terraces have been re tiled with none slip tiles.

We provide lots of extra in the villa you no doubt have at home, things such as air fryer, Nespresso machine, coffee filter machine, milk warmer, slow cooker, outside fridge, a cool box for the beach or a picnic away from the villa. Cushions for outdoor chairs, pool towels, umbrellas, hair dryer in each room, wooden hangers, safe for passports and jewellery, glasses for all types of drinks, matching crockery so you can dine at the villa in style.

The villa is situated on two levels to enter the villa on the pool level, you are greeted with a stylish open plan living/dining room with traditional features such as beam ceilings. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor both over looking the pool a double and a twin or super king size if you prefer, both have Mitsubishi air conditioning. There is a stunning family shower room with large walk in shower, w.c and vanity for storage.

The furniture throughout the villa is modern, and comfortable and much was new for 2023. There is a 42 inch flat screen TV. A fire stick has been provided for the TV so it can be viewed in the language of your choice and there are hundreds of languages and channels. If you have a Netflix account you can use your account, a Blu tooth speaker is provided as well as in the ceiling light in the kitchen, an Alexa is available for your use too and of course the all important wifi.

The open plan kitchen has been fully renovated for 2023 with all new appliances and large drawers so easy to find what you need. The kitchen is fully fitted with new ovens and hob, built in fridge freezer and dishwasher. It is well equipped with kettle, toaster, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, cafeteria and latte, slow cooker and air fryer, in fact everything you would need. Including with a large supply of glasses for all types of drinks and cocktails. Including acrylic glasses for the pool as well. Plates bowls and anything you would need to have a stress free holiday.

The villa has traditional rejas on windows and fly screens.There is also a Safe deposit to ensure values are safe at all times.

The upstairs bathroom is tiled in traditional javea tosca tiles and is modern and impressive. There is a large walk in shower with marble mosaic tiled floor, large shower screen, new WC unit and vanity both new for 2023, bathroom is modern and light.

Taking the external steps to the 3rd bedroom. This bedroom is a large room with single beds that can be arranged as singles or a super king size bed, please confirm preference. Again new Mitsubishi air conditioning unit for 2023. All windows with rejas and fly screens. There is a comfortable sofa and another TV and DVD player. A selection of books and DVDs are in the villa for the use of guests.

This room has a large en-suite shower room, again a stunning walk-in shower a large glass shower screen, WC and vanity unit. Again very modern and stylish no expense was spared in these bathrooms.

There is a small kitchen area with kettle and toaster plus another fridge, here you will find the all important washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron too. There is also a cot and high chair.

There is an outside kitchen with 'drinks' fridge so it's not too far to walk for a cold drink. We have also provided a large gas BBQ. For those who like to cook paella at home, paella making facilities are also provided.
The villa has exterior lighting to allow you to enjoy the warm summer nights. The pool is also illuminated at night.

A gazebo has been provided over the outside dining area to give maximum shade for dining. New seats and quality cushions for 2023, so maximum comfort for our guests.

Denia and Javea are the closest beach resorts, approxiamately 15 minute drive from the villa, so you can enjoy the buzz of the beach then return to your tranquil villa for peace and a good nights sleep.

Also minutes from the villa is the typically Spanish local town of Pedreger and Gata de Gorgos. The streets are narrow and have a variety of shops, bars and large supermarkets. They are lovely towns and well worth exploring.

There are so many fabulous restaurants to chose from in this beautiful area, if you don't want to spend your evenings dining by the pool and admiring the views.

There are many supermarkets in the area to choice from Masymas, Mercadona, Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl. The Marina Alta shopping mall is just a few minutes drive away in Ondara.

We the owners Michelle and Steve live locally and are therefore available in case of any problems or simply recommend what to see and where to eat.

The villa is cleaned to a high standard and all linen is laundered professionally.

The pool is cleaned weekly and an additional chemical check is carried out a few days later to ensure the pool is perfectly safe to use.

This villa is a perfect location for a wonderful family vacation. Modern, spacious, immaculately clean, peaceful location. The villa itself has absolutely everything you could need. It is perfectly maintained to the highest standard.

We are a small but professional team who understand the importance of your holiday experience.

We want you to arrive to a spotlessly clean villa, all the linen is laundered professionally, so its crisp and fresh.The villas are all very well equipped and maintained to the highest standard.

Our villa ( Vista) is our pride and joy and it is a real home from home. We never cut costs. If we like it for the villa then we buy it, so our guests have a wonderful experience. We want guests to return year after year, which many often do.

If there is a problem we are only a phone call / whatsapp away. We will sort any problem as quickly as possible, it doesn't happen often but if it does you know we are there.

There is a taylor made book in each villa with instructions on the villa and the area.Having rented and managed many villas in the area for the past 25 years, we know the little things that create a problem immediately, like how the TV works, wifi code, its all there to see quickly so you can get your holiday started as soon as you have unpacked your case.

My Husband and I were both born in Doncaster. We bought our first villa in the year 2000. The villa rented very well and in less than a year we bought 2 more villas to rent. In late 2003 we sold our house in the UK, which we had designed and built ourselves.

We gave up 2 professional jobs and moved to Spain to live and manage our own business, we have never looked back.

Having rented many villas in the past, we now rent a small selection of hand picked villas in the area, villas we have rented for many years. We know the villas and the owners well and the owners trust us to take care of their homes.

Our standards are very high and this is reflected in our properties. We work hard to ensure that your holiday is perfect from start to finish.

Why they chose this property

Initially, we visited Javea & Denia purely to buy for investment. We bought our first villa on Monte Pedreguer which is ideally located between both towns.

After visiting over and over again we fell in love with this beautiful area and each time we left, it got harder and harder to leave and we could not wait to return.

The views from Vista del Valle or Vista as we lovingly refer to it are stunning and even after almost 20 years we still enjoying standing there and take in the breath taking view. The area has everything to offer from long sandy beaches, little shingle coves, masses of restaurants and a friendly, safe, family atmosphere.

Its easy access from the AP7 from both Alicante and Valencia airports make it a great place to stay, just an hours drive away form the airports.

The villa is a traditional Spanish Villa which over recent years we have fully modernised, with a new fitted kitchen 2023, refurbished bathrooms, air-con in bedrooms, new furniture and lights. Each year we make new changes.
