New house: Heated swimming pool, large BBQ, 100MB wifi, air conditioning

This house has always belonged to our family and we have recently reformed it to offer maximum comfort.
It is the place where, whenever it is possible, we take a break and where I hope that one day we will retire.
Therefore, we are very glad to offer this opportunity to other families and friends to enjoy this place and we are convinced that they will be very satisfied with the experience and with the charm of the place.

This property is ideal for families, children and to be shared among friends.
The house is surrounded by green with lawn all around the lot, with bougainvillea on all the walls of the house that give a special joy with their flours.
The views to the sea and the mountain are very special, especially at night it is possible to see the lighthouse of San Antonio Cape that turns around and you can perfectly see how it works to let the boats know that the land starts there where the light house is and this has a special charm.
Depending on the time of the year and the moment of the day, we use a different terrace with a dining area since we choose one or another according to the time of the day and the location of the sun. This offers to the house the possibility to enjoy its outdoors area at all times.
Indoors there is a living room with a magnificent open fireplace with a big table and extremely comfortable sofas where you can read watch TV or have a nice talk.
The house has only one floor with only 3 stairs that gives access to the rooms, all of which have an ensuite bathroom and large wardrobes. They are all big and well lightened.
The charm of the house is very special because of the height of its ceilings and the wood.
The 10x4 swimming pool has a big sun umbrella and 8 hammocks where you can enjoy the water and the sun. On the terrace, close to the kitchen, there is a dining area with another big sun umbrella. The views to the sea from the terrace are fabulous. On the porch, there is another dining area from where you also have views to the sea and the mountain and in the house there are three dining rooms to choose from as well as a living room with sofas on the porch and another one in the house. At the back of the garden, there are swings for the kids from where they will not want to get down.

Among the advantages to be mentioned are the privacy.
The views, the tranquility and the charm of the place are definitely the most noteworthy characteristics. We also cannot forget that we are in the most beautiful area of the entire Costa Blanca which is Javea, where we can discover unique places with coves, vineyards, mountains etc. Javea is the town in Spain where there are more English people than Spanish. This is definitely because Javea is the best place to rest and enjoy its beauty. The possibilities are numerous. You can do sports close to the nature; enjoy the people with their festivals, little markets, gastronomy, orchards, orange trees, vineyards and a fishing port. Javea is the place that was chosen by the chain Paradores Nacionales to open one of its hotels, the only one in the entire Costa Blanca and this choice makes sense. There are magnificent Roman ruins, sea baths made by them and different archeological remains that can be seen in the museum of Javea. The museum is very interesting as well as the churches and the streets.
