It is a T1 apartment, with a large terrasse, situated on the 5th floor of a new building, in front of the beach, in the quiet part of Montegordo, a small village with Casino, restaurants with real typical food, tennis in front of the building, 5km from Vila Real an old 'Pombal' village, (were you can go by bicycle), with a Marine, excellent fish and sea food. Near of some of the best golf on the Algarve.

Excellent winter nest !!

I was there for over a month(dec. 28th 2023 to jan 31st 2024) NYE was a great festival all over town with nice fireworks. January was relaxed and beautiful, watching the fishermen come and go right from balconies (there's 3 of them!) Walks on the beach for miles, good restaurants. The apartment is cozy and clean, although no double bed, 2 singles instread. Great stay

Lovely apartment in pretty resort

The apartment is well appointed with all items you need for a comfortable stay. It's on the 5th floor which isn't a problem as there is a lift. The view is of the beach with sunbathers and the local fisherman who work from it. There is no a/c which I hadn't realised when I booked, we didn't miss it as it was cooler at night, I don't know what it would be like in July and August when it's even warmer. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Thank you for the review. Outside of the peak season, the place is very quiet. The apartment has good insulation and double glazing that helps to isolate any noise.

Traumhafte Lage

Es gibt nur wenige Appartements, die so eine schöne, weite Aussicht und Lage bieten. Kilometerlange Sandstrände und Pinienwälder bzw. Naturparks beidseits der Kleinstadt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgerüstet.

Estava tudo muito bem, equipamento bom. Sente-se muito a falta de WiFi e as camas são muito estreitas e os colchões muito desconfortáveis.

Vou instalar wi-fi. As camas individuais são o tamanho standard, e vários hóspedes têm referido o conforto dos colchôes (de qualidade), opiniâo que também partilho.

Monte Gordo hat wunderbare lange Sandstrände und ein interessantes Umland. Sevilla ist in nah.

Das Appartment lag sehr gut direkt am Strand. Es war sauber und hatte 3 Balkone mit Meerblick. Betten und Einrichtung waren ok. Überrascht waren wir, dass der Vermieter die Verbrauchskosten für Gas und Strom von uns verlangte. Nach Rüchsprache mit HomeAway konnte das Problem gelöst werden, da im Vermietungspreis alles enthalten ist.

Geweldige locatie. Appartement voldeed ons aan de beste wensen. Veel ruimte met prachtig uitzicht op o.m. vissersbootjes, die in zee werden gebracht en het strand op werden getrokken. Bedden van zeer goede kwaliteit. Meer dan voldoende 'furniture' aanwezig. Zitmeubels van goede kwaliteit, ook voor rugpatienten. Al met al voor herhaling meer dan vatbaar.
