We’re John and Christine Warwick—he’s British, she’s French/Italian—and we instantly fell in love with Crete. There’s something magical about this island: the golden sunshine, breathtaking landscapes, and most of all, the warmth and hospitality of the Cretan people. We’ve traveled across Europe, but nowhere else have we felt so completely at ease and at home as in this corner of Western Crete.

When the chance came to make this paradise our own, we didn’t hesitate. Now, we’re thrilled to share it with you—our friends, family, and visitors from around the world. We want you to experience the same joy and relaxation we have, and we’ll provide all the tips and guidance you need to make your stay truly unforgettable.

As Italian and French, Crete instantly reminded Christine of the Cote d’Azur and Tuscany—before they became crowded with tourists. Here in Western Crete, tradition and charm are still alive and untouched.

Our apartment puts you right in the heart of it all: modern, fully equipped, and literally on the beach with direct access through our 16-apartment complex. Enjoy a delicious meal just two minutes away at a local taverna, or pick up essentials at the supermarket opposite. Explore the enchanting Venetian town of Chania (La Canea) or stroll through historic Rethymno with its Turkish legacy—both just a short drive away.
