Four bedroom villa with a large garden with pines and private pool. Powerful DSL internet WIFI. Luxuriously furnished in colonial style. Enjoy the jacuzzi with views over the pines trees. BBQ and nice wooden cabin. Charming and peaceful area within walking distance to beaches, marina, supermarkets, tapas bars and restaurants. Besides Natural Park Bahia de Cadiz with nice views of the pine forest and the wet lands, you may find flamingos in your morning walk to the bakery. 10 minutes drives to golf course. There are also many sports facilities nearby: Public sport center, horses. In the old village of Sancti Petri (3,4km) there are sailing, canoeing, wind-surfing facilities and a marina. Several riding centers offer courses or walks in the country or on the beach. I'm a Secondary teacher of Spanish living in Brussels with my husband and my three children (10, 15 and 17). El Olivo was our family residence when we lived in Spain before moving to Brussels. We all have very good 'recuerdos' of those good times in Chiclana.

Villa Carmen, in Sanlucar Ref. S23111, has been my mother's family residence from the XIXth century. It was rebuilt in 1990 preserving the ancient structure with the patio and the old well.

Why they chose this property

The place, called Coto San Jose, is considered the most high standing in Chiclana Coast because of its large properties as El Olivo mainly as first residence, in a very peaceful, quiet and natural area, out of turist crowded places but close enough to reach them walking. It is a very suitable place for family life, as we can reach all the amenities in a short walk: marina and sports, beaches, paseo maritimo, shops, etc. All the area is provided with bike lanes. A completely different place in Chiclana coast. Lovely walks around the pinewood, by the seaside, around the marismas. My husband, Classics teacher, is so proud of historic importance of the area. Check about Barossa Battle in Peninsular War 1811.
