Ottima scelta

Quando mia moglie a maggio mi aveva mostrato l'annuncio per l'affitto non immaginavo di essere ulteriormente positivamente sorpreso positivamente all'atto di entrare nell'appartamento. Ottima struttura, ampia e ben curata, dotata di tutto; unica pecca la mancanza dell'aria condizionata ma si riesce a sopperire con i ventilatori. Molto bene la piscina, ma suggerirei di avvisare che nel periodo estivo non si può utilizzare la piscina termica, con sauna e annessi dal momento che nell'annuncio si faceva riferimento all'uso di queste strutture. L'appartamento non è vicinissimo alle spiagge ma con l'automobile a 3 km si raggiungono le più belle dei dintorni; alla stessa distanza vi è il Centro Commerciale La Zenia, ottimo luogo dove passare un po' di tempo.

Big house like the fotos. Great swimming pools. Good localization. Beautiful beaches like Cabo Roig, Mil Palmeras and La Mata.

Correct pour le tarif

Une clim aurait été un plus, même payante car la chaleur est étouffante la nuit, l'appartement est propre mais le secteur est un peu bruyant notamment le voisinage. La piscine est très bien même s'il faut marcher une centaine de mètres, elle est propre et au calme. A 5 mn en voiture des 1eres plages, pour le prix dans l'ensemble cela reste correct.

Séjour agréable et reposant

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l'appartement. Tout les équipements nécessaires étaient disponibles même des planches pour la plage. La résidence était calme et les piscines agréables. Petit point d'amélioration : la climatisation aurait été appréciable à les fortes chaleurs.

Fantastic place to stay!

This holiday rental has everything covered! Everything you could need is there including a beach umbrella and cool box. Access to three swimming pools and wonderful beaches within a 30 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again.
