About this property

Welcome to this lovely one bedroom apartment at the Villamartin Plaza overlooking the communal pool. This absolutely beautiful apartment is ideal for holidays in Spain throughout the entire year with beautiful views on the pool and the 1st hole of the Villamartin Golf course. The apartment is part of the Villamartin complex and only a minute walk to the famous Villamartin Plaza. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the plaza, you can have a peaceful evening should you wish. The apartment features a large balcony with sofa and chairs perfect to enjoy the sun, views or just a glass of vino watching the sunset and of course over the communal pool. There is a large livingroom and dining area suitable for 4 with full UK TV package. The American style kitchen is fully fitted to cater for all featuring all mod con's. There is a very large bathroom with separate built in shower and bath tub. The bedroom is large with twin beds, airconditioning and built in wardrobes. You can understand why this is such a sought after holiday home in Spain!!!! You could not pick a better home for your holiday with all amenities on your doorstep and the views of a golf course 50 feet away!!!!

About 50 feet away in the plaza there is a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Oneida James of Joe Cocker's band and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor.

Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door, the largest shopping mall in Europe - Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose from, location location location!!!!

As with all In The Sun Holidays properties, a free starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water and juice plus wine or sangria is included in your rental.

Buena experiencia, la casa muy acogedora, con todo lo necesario,ubicación muy buena , la terraza espectacular con vistas a la piscina ,la verdad todo perfecto , el hombre que nos atendió al chekin,muy atento ,si tengo que poner alguna pega , que es pequeña, echamos de menos una mesa .donde el.sofa , en conclusión todo muy bien

the best the location...

When we arrived they were going to give us another apartment "by mistake", it was terrible...After paying the reservation you receive a message saying that you have to pay 50 euros for the cleaning of the apartment or they will not give you the keys...The photos in the publication don´t correspond to the decoration of the apartment at all...The beds are minimal and the box spring where old.
