Outstanding beachfront villa on three levels, entirely renovated during 2008, with direct access to the fine sandy beach from the garden. Near the tourist harbor and the town of Villasimius, not far from shops, restaurants, bars, as well as various water sports, golf and horse riding. Villa Cala Caterina features 5 double bedrooms, 1 twin room, 1 'bunk room' , 8 bath/ shower rooms, large open space living area, kitchen and lounge, accessing the portico and veranda from various sides.
