About this property

Encosta do Lago, two suits Finest Apartment with Private Pool and garden.

A two suits house, with an extra WC for the guests, it has two living rooms.
Four persons can easily stay comfortably between our master suite, with a king size bed and a second suite with 2 beds (that can be put together).

Recently we made several improvements, such has adding a second living room (or third room, pictures available) with a sofa bed and a wardrobe, the AC and blackout blinds providing 99% darkness, improved this second living room to a "room status". It is not a room since is between the main living room and the outside area, but it can fit 2 persons comfortably.

We also completely renovate the main suite bathroom (with a wonderfull walking shower), both suites, hall and living/dining room.
Also the garden is been renovated to a more comfortable artificial grass.

Outstanding private area by the pool, with a perfect space for dinner outside, brick barbecue in the garden, with bushes that provide a unique sense surrounding the pool and the property area.
During the summer months the outdoors (pool and garden) sun exposure it's just overwhelming.

Parking space just by the house if needed.
Several restaurants to a 5m walk, supermarket within 3km distance (the use of car is advised) and dozens of amazing beachs within a 15m by car.

We had a great week at this property. The outside area was of particular enjoyment and the whole family enjoyed the pool. Location wise it was perfect for us being regulars at The Shack and The Campus, both a few minutes walk away. Pedro was quick and responsive with communications which is always helpful. We'd definitely look to stay here again when in the area

Nice apartment, well equipped and good location Nice pool.. A few niggles on arrival, which were sorted very quickly.. Just to let future guests know.. If you have stayed at this complex before... The apartment does NOT include access to the communal pool, or tennis courts.. We found this out when we arrived..

Pedro was just the best from the beginning. Super thoughtful and even help with some personal issues, the fact that he is a pharmacyst was a bonus for my family. The house was just amazing, it provides everything we needed, the garden and pool was very well kept despite of being winter. The location of house is amazing, the restaurants around even better. Angry that is already booked on August, but for sure we are coming black.

Esta en una urbanización muy cerca del lago y de la playa , lo que hace de el una ubicación única . Pero habría que mantenerlo mejor . Se ve muy usado y le falta un lavado de cara . Y cambiaría los muebles y utensilios de cocina y en los dormitorios mejoraría los armarios . También pintaría el piso . Pero recomiendo la casa para ir ,

a lovely apartment in a beautiful neighborhood

The contact with Pedro was very pleasant from the very first moment, especially given the uncertainty caused by Covid-19. The apartment is located in the beautiful Quinta do Lago. The environment is very well maintained; you have beautiful beaches nearby and you are in Faro or Vilamoura in no time. Quinta Shopping is 5 minutes away for a cup of coffee, something to eat, groceries and exclusive clothing. The neighborhood is quiet and in Quinta and Vale do Lobo you will find many good restaurants. The house is fully equipped and has air conditioning. And that in combination with the always perfect weather in the Algarve. Pedro thank you for your hospitality.

Encosta do Lago

Spacious apartment with a great outdoor area. Well located for the lake but a car is needed for anything else. Property owner was extremely prompt in responding to any request and was very easy to deal with. Had a very enjoyable stay.

Good apartment with great swimming pool.

We had a great stay. The pool and outside area is very nice and we used it a lot. We had a problem with the television and it was immediately replace with a new one. Pedro was extremely accommodating with check out time which was really helpful for us. Some of the equipment and decor in the apartment is a little dated and perhaps due replacement but overall the apartment is well equipped and we had everything we needed! We would use the apartment again.

keine komplette Villa und nicht ganz sauber

Wir waren bei der Anreise etwas überrascht, da es sich nicht um das komplette Haus, sondern nur um ein Appartment im Erdgeschoss handelte. Leider hatten sich auch schon nach der ersten Nacht die Übermieter beschwert, weil die Klimaanlage sehr laut ist. Es sind nur 2 richtige Schlafzimmer und ein Doppelbett im Durchgangsraum zum Garten/Pool vorhanden (hier hat man also keine Ruhe). Zudem gab es nur für ein Bett eine richtige Bettdecke. Die anderen Betten waren mit einer Wolldecke abgedeckt, die unangenehm gerochen hat. Damit sind wir auch schon beim größten Problem. Es war nicht sauber. Überall in den Ecken lagen Haare und Schmutz. In einem Bett krabbelten sogar Ameinsen und Spinnen. Die Handtücher, Bettlagen und "Decken" waren nicht richtig gewaschen und hatten Flecken. Das Geschirr machte auch nicht den saubersten Eindruck und musste erst einmal aufgewaschen werden (Spültabs und andere Haushaltsmittel wie Waschmittel, Spüli, Lappen, Küchenrolle, ... waren ungenügend oder garnicht da und mussten nachgekauft werden). Immerhin hatten wir gutes Wetter.

When I'm not at my house (also near the sea), in a town called Torres Vedras at 40km from Lisbon where I'm a Pharmacist in the family Pharmacy , we try to travel as much as possible in Portugal and abroad.

I hope all who visit us enjoy the little bit of heaven that is the Quinta do Lago and Encosta do Lago.

Why they chose this property

The house in my opinion is perfect, a lot of space and room for 4 persons (or 6, depending of the family), 3 bathrooms that gives a hand when you receive friends at your place, a great garden and pool with a lots of privacy.
Is not a big house, but it as everything with the right size.

The area is in my opinion the best of Quinta do Lago, near the lake, the Ria Formosa, the beach and in a super quiet area.

What makes this property unique

The location of the property is superb the 5m walks to The Shack (inside the lake) or Danos in The Campus sports Complex in the afternoons is must do.
The pool and the garden with the sun exposure it's just perfect.
The midnight pool dive is a summer tradition that we recommend (with all the safety measures of course being taken).
