Excellent property and location, probably the best in the complex. Host was brilliant always relied in minutes. Would highly recommend. Bean to cup coffee machine was an added bonus!

Once you familiarise yourself with the appartment and surroundings everything else is great.Some might not like to walk into the centre but we found it ok but always jumped into a taxi back.After dinner and a drink in the restaurant and bars always best to get a taxi.Overall enjoyable 2 weeks.

Absolutely loved the space, and amenities. Pool was great. Hosts responsive. Lift broke, not hosts fault , but was fixed next day. Responded to small issues. About 10 mins stroll to beach to hire 2 sunbeds and shade. Plenty of places to eat, not necessarily Cypriot food. Michael's worth a visit

This is one of the best apartments we’ve stayed in. Great location, easy walk onto coastal path, bus stop close or can recommend Easycar rentals in the Westpark area (they actually leave car at airport for collection).Fabulous terrace area, plenty of shade when needed and it gets the sun until sunset. Loved the apartment layout…2 bedrooms at opposite ends with communal space in middle, offers privacy. Well equipped. There is not one negative things to say and we will definitely return if available…a real home from home.

This property is fantastic and is very quiet.The views from the balcony are stunning during the day and at night. We were able to see the sunset across the sea every night, from the balcony.The balcony is large and has a shaded area, with table and chairs where we had lunch. There is room for four sun loungers, where we took advantage of taking in the sun after lunch for a while before going back down to sunbathe at the pool.The apartment was extremely clean, every appliance and cooking utensils you need, lots of space inside with our own sleeping area and bathroom, separate from our girls room with their own bathroom, walk in wardrobes!It’s only a short walk to the promenade along the sea front that takes you right into the heart of Kato Paphos, the restaurant’s and the harbour. Ideal for a morning walk or just as the sun is setting behind the castle in the harbour.The pool and the complex are superb, nice and clean and the people who were also on holiday or spending time at their own property were welcoming and friendly.Just a couple of minutes walk, there are convenience shops, some restaurants, car hire etc. No need to go far for most of the main requirements.A large supermarket is only a 5 minutes walk.The bus stop for the 611 bus to the water park is a few minutes walk and stops right at the front door of the park.The airport bus 612, also stops here and across the road.Location, the apartment, the complex, the atmosphere of Paphos…Excellent! We will be back

Very central near bars,restaurant's and shops. 10 min walk to the centr, . Excellent Penthouse apartment on a good complex. My only area for improvement would be a better system for locating sunbeds outside as a bit chaotic. Toilet area on complex never had soap or paper towels out whole stay and jacuzzi in small pool didn’t work.

Very spacious well maintained property. We went with another couple so it was nice to find that the bedrooms and bathrooms were separated by a large lounge and kitchen! Overall a very well equipped apartment.Verandah is very large enjoys the afternoon and evening sun. There are three large swimming pools, with jacuzzi in one. Almost all the apartments have sun beds around the pool and there is a lifeguard until 6pm. It is a short walk down to the seafront and access to the beach, where again there are lifeguards.Communication with the host was very good and any questions were answered within a couple of hours at the most. Highly recommended.

The apartment was a really good size both inside and outside. We liked the way the bedrooms are at either end of the apartment and both have a separate bathroom; big living area and kitchen in the middle. There was lots of light throughout from the patio doors in each room. Aircon and ceiling fans in each room were great! Patio area was shady first thing which was good for having breakfast outside; sunny for the rest of the day. Pool area is big with plenty of space and clean

Had a fantastic 3 week holiday here. The appartment was clean, comfortable quiet and well equipped with a lovely view over pool and grounds. Communications with the host were easy and efficient. The complex grounds were beautiful and well maintained as was the pool. We had no issues with noise or anti social behaviour and despite hot weather the pool was rarely overly busy and often found we had the pool to ourselves. The area is quiet and safe and a pleasant 15 min stroll to the harbour. We used the buses regularly which was clean, cheap and reliable.
