Villa with Car Available, close to Coral Bay. Private Pool Stunning Views

Villa Tala View lies in a beautiful setting in the small sleepy village of Kissonerga, amid lemon groves and banana plantations. Our three bedroom link detached villa, is set in landscaped gardens with a large 8 x 4m private swimming pool with Roman Steps, giving the feel of paradise. Beyond are the fantastic views of the Hills of Tala. This superb holiday accommodation contains every convenience for a comfortable and memorable holiday. Air-con, ceiling fans and fly-screens are provided. Shutters all around have been installed recently, all designed to keep you nice and cool when inside. A complimentary welcome pack will greet you on arrival. Every window has a fly screen including bathrooms and en-suite, now the refreshing breezes can circulate inside and the horrible little whatsits will have to stay outside. A recently purchased car is now available to enable guests to explore this fantastic country, photos of our Nissan Qashqai are available. A car is not essential for our property but is recommended. Prices for the car range from £25 - £45 per day dependant on season, payment could be made with final payment for villa 3 weeks before your holiday, this price also includes airport transfers, which avoids trying to find villa initially, often in the dark. There are no hidden extras with the car, it is fully comprehensively insured and will come with a full tank of petrol. It is ideal to cope with the roads in Cyprus, especially if you are planning off road, to maybe Lara Bay to see the Turtles or Akamas. You will picked up from the airport, and taken to the villa, where the car will be waiting for you. In addition, for guests staying 2 weeks or more then a weekly change of bedding and towels will be provided.

The villa is exceptional, clean and comfortable with everything you need. The outside area is perfect for spending relaxing days around the pool. We also took advantage of the car which was great for exploring the area. Communication from Jill was very excellent, very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic

Just returned from an amazing stay at Villa Tala View. From booking to arriving home communication with the owner Jill was first class. The villa was so peaceful but only a short walk to the village.We hired Jill’s car which enabled us to venture further afield. We were transported to and from the airport by John the property manager. The villa was immaculate, clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool area was superb, private and perfect for chilling out. Would not hesitate to return.

Lovely Kissonerga

Ideally situated in a cul de sac of 7 villas and within walking distance of the village. Very quiet. The villa overlooks fields & hills to the back & has everything one needs. It is within a short drive to a large beach, to Pafos & ideally situated for other day trips. Or, just chill by the pool….

Lovely villa and pool

The property is 5 minutes from Julie's Bar in Kissonerga. Really well laid out property in quiet cul de sac with off street parking. Really well fitted out with great quality. The pool was a perfect size and stayed warm all day long. Nicely in the shade for later afternoon which is bonus for those 30c days. Jill is a great host and John being next door is really helpful. Has certainly moved to the top of my list for future visits. Top tip..read the info pack. Prizes for finding the air con wall buttons. My youngest found them all

Lovely comfortable villa

Lovely, comfortable villa, with a very well-equipped kitchen. John, the property manager, was really friendly and helpful. The car that is available to hire with the villa, was great and excellent value as transfers to and from the airport were included in the cost. The location is very convenient, a short drive from Coral Bay. We were first time visitors to Cyprus and the villa location made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The garden and pool are lovely and very well kept. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Early holiday in Cyprus April 2023

The villa has everything you would wish for and is maintained to a very high standard. Jill is a wonderful host, not forgetting her property manager and his partner who live next door, who were always on hand to provide help and advice if needed. The option to use Jill's car for our stay with transfers to and from the airport was well worth doing and made those journeys much easier.

Enjoyable relaxing holiday

Had a lovely relaxing hoilday once again at Jill,s property everything at hand that you need in the property , comfortable beds,furnishing ect property nice and clean pool was cold due to time of year but grandson still made use of it, many thanks to John and Pat once again for picking us up and dropping us back at airport ,car came in very handy to get out and about as it is a fair distance to big supermarkets, nice bite to eat at Julie's bar in village ,also Coral King, and Haris little village restaurant . Many thanks to Jill for the smooth communications during booking and follow up information regarding the property .

Had an amazing time!!!

Beautiful villa, very clean and well equipped in an excellent location close enough to supermarkets and restaurants, but would definitely advise hiring the car that is available to hire with the villa, as we did and found lots of places within 20 mins drive of the villa such as Paphos zoo and Paphos water park which was excellent as well as coral bay beach which is lovely and a few other beach’s, the pool in the villa is great to as it has a shallow and deep end, although a little cold as we went in April, but the weather was lovely. We went as a family of 5 and had an awesome time, we will definitely be returning and will definitely be recommending to family and friends :)

Peaceful Villa

The villa lived up to the standards described on your website, We had a wonderful time. Jill and Joe provided us with excellent facilities which made our holiday very enjoyable. The welcome pack much appreciated. The villa is ideally placed in a peaceful location, yet handy for local shopping and wider shopping in Paphos. The immediate neighbours very friendly and full of advice. Although buses run regularly we hired a car which gave us the freedom to visit the many historical sites on the island. We will be back next year in early summer. Once again, many thanks Jill and Joe.

Superb Holiday

This is the second time we have been to this Villa and it wont be our last. This time we took my mum who is 77 and my older daughter and her boyfriend as well as my younger daughter, who absolutely loved the pool in the very warm sunshine. We all had an amazing holiday so much so we didn't want to leave. The villa has everything to suit all ages and is in such a lovely peaceful setting, but not too far from Paphos, Coral Bay, Peyia and so much more,so you have a choice. Love the standard of facilities in the villa and pleased that Jill and Joe continue to maintain and upgrade the villa facilities. The neighbours on both sides are lovely too. I would recommend this villa to anyone and look forward to our next visit!

Beautiful, comfortable villa

We have stayed in and around Coral bay on several occasions. We were not disappointed with the quality of this villa. We had a very enjoyable 2 weeks holiday at Tala View, weather in September was just as good as the accommodation found at this villa. This villa is well situated for a short walk into kissonerga, where we found Tweedies and Julie's 2 eateries which served food to a good standard, with very friendly staff, would recommend both. There is also a high standard of facilities within the villa if you prefer to eat in, either preparing a meal in the high quality kitchen, or on the BQ found on the decking area in the garden. You will find all you will need for supplies at Phillopos supermarket ( short drive away At Coral Bay). if you want a high quality villa in the Coral Bay Area, then I cannot recommend this villa highly enough.

This Villa was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. We didn't use the air con as we preferred to have the windows open with the fitted flyscreens across and the ceiling fans on. This kept us cool even at 30C outside. We stayed for one week and felt really at home with enough outdoor furniture and comfy couches inside. Bedrooms could be blacked out with shutters and blinds making for a good night's sleep on the comfy beds. Ideally you need a car to get around but we did catch a bus to Paphos and coral bay from by the Atlantic hotel a couple of times although it's quite a steep walk up hill on the way back. Julie's bar is nearest in kissonerga and food is very good and reasonable, chicken souvlaki 6 euros. There are permanent residents either side of the villa who we found friendly without being intrusive. All in all a lovely well appointed Villa with lots of sunshine round the pool with awning and nice inside for when it gets too much.

Amazing villa

We totally enjoyed our stay for 11 days at the villa everything was of a very high standard and everything was on hand just like being at home, The rental of the car was a must as it came in very handy to do the shopping and to get out and visit the other areas. Contact with Jill was straight forward and Jill was very obliging always making sure she kept me updated of anything I contacted her about. The villa is situated in a nice quite area with 5 other properties and it is about 10/ 15 minutes walk to the little village supermarket we also visited Julies bar and had a nice meal there in the village. We would like to say a Big thank you to John and his wife Pat as they were both very kind and helpful to us plus we loved Dora and Lucy their 2 pet dogs. We ate out at O'Neills the Irish bar near Paphos, also we visited Coral King and Corrolla Restaurant in Coral Bay enjoyed our meal at all of these places With having the car we made the most of it we got out and about and visited some lovely places We like the villa so much we are going to book for next year . Beautiful house and pool

The house was beautiful, well maintained and very clean..With the shutters and the fans it was cool inside All the furniture and fittings were of high quality as was the pool and all outdoor furniture. The gas barbeque was great and the lighting in the garden had been very well thought out making sitting out in the evenings very pleasant. Every thing you could need was provided along with basic groceries such as milk and bread when we arrived which was good as our flight was so delayed. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac where you can see the sea from the front and the countryside and hills from the back, We could walk into the village where there was a small supermarket and several bars and restaurants. The car was a bonus as it was big enough for the five of us, had air conditioning and enabled us to travel into Paphos to see the Tomb of the Kings and to Coral Bay when we went kayaking. The neighbours John and his wife Pat were so helpful. Jill was a pleasure to deal with, answering all emails promptly and we will certainly be going back. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jill's villa to anyone wanting a relaxed holiday in beautiful surroundings.

Amazing

Wir waren mit der Familie, mein Mann, meine 17-jährige Tochter und mein 14-jähriger Sohn für eine Woche in diesen wunderschönen Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Villa hat die perfekte Lage, um in alle Himmelsrichtungen auszuschwärmen. Der Tag begann auf der wunderschönen Terrasse mit Blick auf Pool und Berge.Und nach anstrengenden Wanderungen haben wir uns immer auf das Haus gefreut. Die Kommunikation mit Jill war durchgängig super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent property in great location

We had a wonderful week here (thank you Jill and neighbour John who manages the property). Hard to fault really, comfortable with all amenities, great location for access to paphos, coral bay etc. Also a good base for walking, either coastal or up the hills to tala and beyond. Plus easy access to key bus routes. Highly recommended.

Amazing holiday

Had a wonderful time staying at Jills beautiful house which has everything you could want/need. The private pool was lovely and everything was spotlessly clean. The villa is a short car ride to Coral Beach, one of the best beaches in Cyprus. Plenty of nice restaraunts, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone and will be returning in the near future. Thanks to Jill and John for making our holiday so perfect.

Wunderschöne Villa

Wir haben vom 9.-16.04.22 mit unseren Kindern in Jill's Villa einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt gehabt. Die großzügigen Räume mit absoluter Vollausstattung und toller Lage haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Gepflegter Pool, Sonnendeck und Gasgrill haben den Urlaub abgerundet. Gerne würden wir hier nochmals buchen.

Wedding getaway

My partner and I booked Jill's beautiful Villa for our stay in Paphos ahead of our wedding. We wanted somewhere special, somewhere we could relax but also be within acceptable distance to meet up with our guests located in various places in Paphos, so not too isolated. Jill's villa did not disappoint. A hidden gem nestled in a quiet location not far from a small little village, it was not difficult to get around although we found the car hire offered with our booking essential for us personally due to needing to meet with friends, family and travel to our venue several times for meetings- it is possible to use taxis and the local bus service too. John the property manager is only next door should you require anything, John and Pat both went the extra mile with their kindness and friendliness to make our stay extra special, as did Jill with regular communication and well wishes on our wedding, nothing was too much trouble and they were all available should we require anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to come back in the future! We wandered out a few evenings, visited the the Village Inn for some good homely pub grub, friendly staff made us feel welcome. We also spent time in Coral Bay, not far from the villa, plenty to see and do. Jill has a wealth of information at the villa for ideas and places to visit, I found this a thoughtful touch. We were within easy distance of Paphos Harbour too which we regularly visited to meet with friends staying in hotels there. There are plenty of recommended places to dine out locally and very good supermarkets nearby. We liked Philippos in Coral Bay and the Kings Avenue Mall near Paphos Harbour! Jill's villa was spotlessly clean, with everything you could possibly need and more for a self catering break away. The beds are comfortable and rooms spacious with plenty of storage. Bathrooms were great, showers powerful. The downstairs layout is great for cozy nights in or evenings of entertaining, there is plenty of space and modern facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings for breakfast overlooking the pool and views of Tala, quite often on the balcony too. We made use of the pool during our stay for the last week of October, weather was still warm enough to be comfortable making use of this. John kept the pool clean and garden tidy for the duration of our stay. All in all we rate this property 5 stars as it really did make our stay that little bit more special!

Wow stunning what more can I say.

Absolutely stunning villa, very clean, spacious and in a perfect quiet location, all the utensils you can imagine. Owner is very helpful and stayed in contact with us, I would recommend this villa to anybody. Convenient that the handy man Is next door who again also help and tops up the pool and keeps is looking nice and refresh for your stay. I will definitely be going again in 2020. I do not have a bad word to say.

Utopia

The villa is extremely well equipped and is home from home.The outdoor area is well maintained and the pool is a welcome relief after a day looking around the many local villages.Hiring Jill’s car made things easier and it’s something I would recommend as it’s there waiting for you upon arrival.John the property manager lives next to the villa and although not required he was there if needed which was nice to know.The local village is a 10-15 min walk away where can be found a couple of local and a couple of catering more for the British taste eateries all of which we found very good but I would suggest a drive to one of the villages in the hills for something more traditional.Jill clearly has made a great effort to ensure the villa is to a very high standard and it was .Thanks again Jill.

Great holiday

We had a great time, fantastic villa, everything was perfect, having the car hire was a must because it was so hot this meant we could get around in comfort with air con, would definitely recommend and will like to go back again, great support from the lovely John & Pat who live next door, couldn’t do enough to help, fantastic

Joe, my partner and I live and work in England. At the moment we only holiday in Cyprus, escaping from the pressures of work relaxing with all of our new found friends, in such a beautiful historic country. It has been less than 10 years ago that Joe and I first visited Cyprus, we fell in love with it immediately and dreamt of buying a house in readiness for our retirement 15 years hence. We went home having had an amazing holiday, but after a cooling off period of four months, we returned to fulfil our dream.

Why they chose this property

We bought the villa off plan, the location was so important, we wanted to be a part of a village, but not far from the sea or the town. Kissonerga was perfect, we are literally 5 minutes walk from the village which has all the amenities that we need, including 2 great restaurants, a 15 minute relaxed stroll brings us to a stunning beach close to another outstanding restaurant.
5 minutes by car, you will find yourself at the very popular Coral Bay, 15 minutes drive in the opposite direction will find yourself at the picturesque Harbour in Paphos, surrounded by brightly painted fishing boats, and private yachts and all dominated by The Fort and the Mosaics and all only an hours drive to the Mountains of Troodos.

What makes this property unique

We took delivery of our villa in May ten years ago, and very soon discovered not only how much Cyprus and Paphos in particular had to offer, but also just how wonderful it was. To relax in the evenings alongside the pool, a glass of wine, soft music and succulent food from our barbecue, or to walk up the hill to the next village which is Tala, to sit in the Village Square and watch the world go by. It really is a taste of paradise
