Amazing stay! Very comfortable and clean home. My family of 8 had so much space to enjoy. The air hockey was so much fun for the family. Loved that there was so many rooms for everyone to be comfortable. I made use of the huge kitchen and made many meals. You could see the fireworks from the castle from the pool area. It's not close by but you can see it. The place was amazing and would be the only place I will stay when visiting Florida from now on. Amir was beyond amazing. Very very attentive and so friendly. We really felt welcomed.

I was expecting a little more for the price we paid, given it was an unexpected stay I chose to give the benefit of the doubt but considering the house sleeps 10, you would think there would be at least 10 available towels for showering, instead there was only 4 available upon arrival. Along with that there wasn’t any toiletries such as body wash or shampoo. My family & I stayed there for a total of 6 hours max, and the price we paid was not worth it at all. Such a let down.

Hi Mercedes, Thank you for your review. We have more then 10 towels in the villa, We put 2 in each bathrooms and the rest in the closet in the bathrooms. I just asked our cleaners and they said it was the total of 9 towels in the washer and still 3 in the closet. Im not sure if you missed on the closet and other members used the others that was in their bathrooms. In total it was 12 ! as well as pool towels we provide complimentary. Us and our cleaning crows we don't supply body wash or shampoo ! It is very difficult to please everyone if we supply the toiletries. That's why we can't offer. It was a 1 night booking and you arrived 10:30 and leave at 5:30 in the morning. I did mention to contact me if you have any questions. I was up till 12 to make sure you are settled in and incase you have any questions. I provided you with my cell number. Im not sure what else I could have done to make your stay more convenient. I messaged you 3 times before getting any reply back that you have received the instructions ! We hope you have a better experience on your next stay and please contact the home owners if you have any questions. Thank you again for choosing our home for your stay.

Great house to rent out for a family vacation, since the moment you walk in you will love the home very clean and well set up all the areas throughout the home. Best pool table we have ever seen in these homes. Host very nice and answers quickly to any questions asked totally recommend.

House is very nice and in a good neighborhood. Nice pool/spa area. We had to call owner for a question about the alarm system and he was very helpful. Could have used some basic things we needed: saran wrap/aluminum foil, zip lock bags, kleenex.

Perfect for family

Our family of 5 stayed here (all 18) and it was perfect. Close to Disney which was nice. Pool and jacuzzi were utilized a lot in our short stay.

The host was extremely responsive and kind. However, it is run down and does not look any thing like the pictures. You pull a drawer out and it literally falls out of the dresser, no sheets for crib,

I will look into the drawers and see if the safety stop has been broken off. regarding to the Crib sheet, We have travellers crib and we Usually have a spare sheet in the closet to keep it clean and dust free as it doesn't get used very often. You never mentioned you are staying with intent in your reservation and we did provide you with spare sheet from twin bed as it was late in evening. hope you had a great stay and this didn't effected your stay.
